Had my birthday at Matatan, and it was perfect! The vibrant atmosphere, amazing Latin fusion dishes, and friendly staff made the night unforgettable. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the cocktails were on point. They even surprised me with a special birthday dessert! Highly recommend for a fun and memorable celebration.

This place has been consistently good. Prompt service, tasteful, well-seasoned food cooked to perfection. Owner Oscar is great, so is server Oscar and bartender Miguel. The music is always an appropriate volume for conversation and great Latin tunes played. The rib eye tacos are my favorite! I usually like my meat rare or medium rare, but the tacos are still tender and juicy when well-done. The elote and the surf and turf tacos are also amazing!

If you are looking for excellent service, a good atmosphere and delicious food with a touch of LATIN AMERICAN cuisine, I recommend this restaurant. My family and I had an amazing experience. The ropa vieja,steak tostada and churros were amazing. The Cuban beer and Roma cocktail drinks were also good. We will definitely go back and support a great family business restaurant.
