This place use to be nicer. Ever since they hor rid of the cashiers it makes the process so much harder to deal with. My mom stopped going all together. Most senior citizens turn around once they see a machine. I use it off and on. But the machine always has some issues. With a coupon or pretty much anything else. We are down to eating el pollo loco once every 6 months. We use to eat it twice a month. My mom would buy dinner, now we just order Pizza.

Love El Pollo Loco at Tustin and Katella!!! The chicken is really delicious, I also enjoy their salads, but I like the service even more, all the employees are really nice and courteous but there are these 2 girls in particular, Catalina and Ana they really enjoy doing their job, it shows in the way they treat customers, they deserve a raise!

Haven't been to a Pollo Loco in a while but feels like quality has gone down. Got chicken, it was dry and pieces were small. Also, service was bad, it was obvious the employee working up front needed help.
