I went to pollo loco and my daughter was saying what she wanted and she did not know what to get so the guy was super rude. We used to go there a lot but not anymore.
I ordered the carnitas combo and the meat was a bit old but to my surprise the taco was super spicy! That is the first time I've had carnitas tacos that were spicy! Nowhere did I see that it claimed to be spicy! What if I had a allergy to spicy food? I don't like spicy food, my mouth was on fire ? after a bite or two. I can't enjoy food or taste it when my mouth is burning! The women working there were not professional, I felt ignored. One lady started to speak in her native language which I find to be very rude! The guy/young ? man was nice. He was the one who took my order.

Horrible service and food,The cashier was Karen and she honor her name. She is young Hispanic pale woman, maybe sound 25-27 years old. Very shorten bossy tone of voice and face like if she was smelling feces. I proceed tolerate because my kids were hungry and it’s the only stop before jumping in the fast track heading home to Riverside. After taking my order, I was skipped three times and one order order the same thing than me. Tacos dorados, and Karen again and asked how long it will take she said we are waiting on your tacos dorados. But she made no effort to check if they were coming or why the hold up. At the end once we hit the food. Tacos were burnt and disgusting, the taste was like if they were boiled days ago. I always try to avoid eating out because of this. Nasty food and service. My flautas are 10 times better than this tacos dorados. I will wait longer in the road and cook my own. Never coming back to this place.

I ordered a 4 piece meal, all legs, and what I got was the back half (including the tail), and part of a thigh, and when I mentioned it to a worker, he just turned away from me and blew me off. No acknowledgment. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I'm not sure if I'll be back.

I came this morning and on the weekend, and I got help from Catherine the big lady orange hair, and she is so rude she doesn't listen she ignores me and my friends also, and she rolls her eyes and last time she was touching her white ear bud's putting it on and removing touching the inside of her ear and didn't wash her hands that's disgusting. Why is she wearing earbuds anyway? we won't ever come back thanks to the way she acts and stares at us ....
