First time eating here and the food we ordered was good but there’s definitely room for improvement. First off, the cóctel de camarón (shrimp cocktail) was so full of flavor and the perfect amount of spice with the added bits of jalapeño and loads of shrimp, avocado, tomato, etc.Next was the filete de pescado plate (fish fillet) that my husband ordered along with a chicken burrito (besides the fact that there was not enough meat in the burrito and it was packed with rice and beans, it was good). The fish plate itself was good but we’ve made better at home so I’ll leave it there.Next, the caldo de res (beef soup) with veggies, potato and beef- now that was honestly the highlight of the meal. The flavor was so well put together and the meat was tender and just added lime and it was perfect! Would def order this again!Next was the sopes de al pastor and carne asada. The sopes themselves were good and I highly recommend those. They held up pretty well and didn’t fall apart while holding and the meat was flavored well. The tostada de ceviche was my final part of the meal and although it was cooked , the flavor just was not there. It wasn’t like it didn’t have enough, there was a lot of shrimp but it tasted like it wasn’t sitting in the flavor juices long enough if that makes sense. All across the board- this place is a definite 8 out of 10. The food and presentation was good- it’s not very noticeable from the street and I only found it through google maps but I will definitely be coming back to try other items on their menu. ??

Comes up in Google maps as one of the El Torito chains - it is not.

The staff was very friendly, the food was very delicious, only I ordered a shrimp ceviche tostada and it was more tomatoes and onion cut into gigantic pieces and finely chopped shrimp to the point of feeling that it was only Pico de Gallo and not a ceviche if they didn't have better shrimp They would have said that there was no ceviche instead of giving them tomatoes and giving them vegetables with toast

I went in with my family today for their first time and they loved it! I had came here before with my girlfriend and loved the food. I came back with my server Ana and it was great as last time! She’s always on top of our table and making sure we’re well taken care of. This location is my favorite!

The Carne Asada tacos are really good. The tortillas are crisp and the meat is always tender and juicy. I always order 2 tacos and end up wanting more. But my diet prohibits it. It's family owned and the owner is the Chef so you know he puts his heart into the food. They have "caldo de res"(beef stew/hearty beef soup) that is sooo good they serve with tortillas. Cilantro, oregano, onions and salsa picante on the side. Outdoor eating area. You can eat on a rainy day, except if it's really poring and windy. Recommend it as early as 6 am for food for work or weekend with the family. 5☆s for me.
