I am a fan of Flame Broiler. Our visit last week was just okay. The food was not that hot. The employees on duty seemed disinterested. One had his head down on the counter as we were eating inside. The food was still good.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many many years and even though it is sometimes not very clean I try and understand that maybe there are occasions where all falls apart. However aside from the food and cleanliness, what I think is very important to have is polite people as servers or in my case order takers. I have been noticing a decline and today was my last time at that restaurant. There is this Hispanic girl there that just hates her job. She has the most terrible attitude I have encountered in a restaurant like this. Does not even bother to look at me in the eye, didn't apologize for letting me wait there for close to 4 minutes while she was looking at me and when I asked for the sauce behind the counter she told me "get it yourself " I've had enough. I understand that this person and many others have this attitude because they feel under pays but guess what. You are overpaid with an attitude like that. Being polite to other is not necessary a matter of " I give what I get paid for" being polite should be a general behavior towards every civilized individual. I can't imagine anyone thinking this attitude is good for business. I don't recommend this restaurant any longer. Spend your hard earned money where you can be appreciated. Food is basic

Staff is rude. Called in 15 minutes prior to arrival, showed up and order had not been started. Staff did not care. The place was empty, just pure laziness.

Ordered a regular angus beef bowl only with veggies and no rice. (Trying to avoid as much carbs as possible) The beef meat felt it too dry for my taste. I like the chicken meat here better. The sauces here are amazing specially the hot sauce. Servers very polite.

I had my well done chicken with all vegetables and no rice sugar. I was greeted and when i was about to order I noticed there wasn't any chicken cooked? The chicken was thrown on the grill right away with about a 20 minute wait but that was ok with me i just wanted some good grilled chicken for dinner. I read the reviews here but i had no problem here and the place was clean and the workers here were very polite. Nice quiet dinner.

This location was disappointing for sure. Not a friendly or approachable staff and environment was so dirty. The drink station and dining area felt like it hasn't been cleaned in months.

Food good. Get vaccinated before you use the fountain machine. If the outside looks like this ask to see the inside!

If you Ike getting ripped off, this is the place! We got 2 bowls using their buy 1 get 1 free coupon and I got 2 pieces of broccoli, 2 slices of carrots, 3 pieces of cabbage and a fairly small portion of beef and rice. No wonder this location is slowly going out of business!!! Good Karma on them!

Service is really fast and everyone that works there is really polite. I always get the half/half plate or bowl depending on how hungry I am. Thanks guys!
