I have been coming to this restaurant for many many years and even though it is sometimes not very clean I try and understand that maybe there are occasions where all falls apart. However aside from the food and cleanliness, what I think is very important to have is polite people as servers or in my case order takers. Ordered a regular angus beef bowl only with veggies and no rice. (Trying to avoid as much carbs as possible) The beef meat felt it too dry for my taste. I like the chicken meat here better. The sauces here are amazing specially the hot sauce. Servers very polite.

I am a fan of Flame Broiler. Our visit last week was just okay. The food was not that hot. The employees on duty seemed disinterested. One had his head down on the counter as we were eating inside. The food was still good.
