Disappointing Experience at KFCI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with KFC that I feel compelled to share. I placed an online order two hours in advance, aiming to pick it up after work for dinner with my family. Will not be going back to this location. Terrible service. Pulled up at 829pm the other night, went to place my order and she basically said they were out of everything because they close at 9pm. Um its 830pm. Don't think the owners would like the fact they lose money because there employees stop working at the minimum of 30 minutes prior to closing. Popeyes is going to do great when they open a block away cause KFC IS THE WORST!
