Will not be going back to this location. Terrible service. Pulled up at 829pm the other night, went to place my order and she basically said they were out of everything because they close at 9pm. Um its 830pm. Don't think the owners would like the fact they lose money because there employees stop working at the minimum of 30 minutes prior to closing. Popeyes is going to do great when they open a block away cause KFC IS THE WORST!

Disappointing Experience at KFCI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with KFC that I feel compelled to share. I placed an online order two hours in advance, aiming to pick it up after work for dinner with my family. However, upon arrival, I was informed that several items were missing, and to add insult to injury, they claimed the chicken needed an additional 20 minutes of cooking time.Not only did I have to endure a longer wait, but when I called to address the issue, I was met with skepticism. The representative insisted that I return all the items so they could verify my complaint. It was an unnecessary hassle, making me feel like they doubted my honesty.This entire ordeal left me hungry and frustrated, especially considering my initial goal was a simple family dinner. The lack of efficiency and customer service has severely diminished my opinion of KFC, and I'm left reconsidering whether I'll choose them in the future for my family meals.

Half a star. I ordered. 2 orders of the spicy wings. I was only given 2 sauces. I was asking for more. and they had the audacity to charge me for extra sauces. 2 sauces for 16 wings ?? Where is the common sense in that. 2 sauces for 16 wings?? And still want to charge me for the extra ?? So stingy. It's like Mr.Krabs is the owner

I would give 0/5 stars but I can't so. I went earlier today and the people working there have the absolute worst attitude ever. They are so rude. I had asked the guy in the front if there's only one type of chicken little or if they have different kinds because I thought there were different kind and he very rudely told me "no there's only ONE" and I proceeded to say "oh okay cause I thought I saw it somewhere" and he was like "no it's on the board" with an attitude. I continued to order and I specifically said No pickles and when I got my order it had pickles.. so I told him and he got upset but he changed it. Then I came home and I saw there was no sauce or napkins. I went back to ask for some and he told me WAIT and so I did. It took him 5 minutes to give me some sauce. I asked a short girl that was working there if there isn't anybody else working so I could just get my sauce and also again with the attitude she's said NO THERE ISNT. I was simply asking I don't know what's up with all of them giving attitude and yelling. What got me the mostmad was when he gave me my sauce he THREW it on the counter.. I understand why there's so many bad reviews. He also seemed very racist and was extremely rude and the girl was rude af too. People like this should not be working there. I'd understand if I was being rude but I was asking nicely so why act like that?*i think his name was Angel but idk for sure.

Ordered on the app ahead of time so it would be ready by the time i got there. Mind you i was on my lunch break at work. They wanted me to wait 10 more minutes after promised time of order, because fulfilling the drive thru orders is more important. I'm glad you have customer priority, but that just lost you business. btw i asked for a refund, but was told they have nothing to do with the app. I don't care if you have anything to do with the app, I'm picking up the food from your location. While im at it, if my order wasn't ready, then why does it say it on the app. I waited 12 minutes after promised time. Yelp, you need to let reviewers leave 0 stars going forward.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life. At the drive through speaker we asked specifically for sauces and amounts so we can ensure to be charge. The person taking our order was in such a rush they were so rude and didn't even care to notate anything by telling us we needed to remind them at the window. After reminding again the lady told us we could only get two in total. After giving up she then handed us the bag and stated she put the wrong sauces. After confronting her she proceeded to tell us she didn't have the time. Older lady with messed up makeup, and definitely hated her job. Quit if you don't want to work in food.
