I came to this Jamba Juice because my brother was in the hospital and got surgery and we wanted to get something to drink and I walked into this Jamba Juice and the service was just horrible from both of the workers there. one of the workers who took our order was on the phone when we got there & just gave me attitude from the start and when I asked her stuff about the menu, she didn’t know and was giving attitude the whole time and I was charged for my smoothie more even though I got a small, they charged me more for the small drink than for the medium, which I find ridiculous and she failed to mention that the small drink that I got was more expensive And since I couldn’t really read the menu that you guys had there or the ingredients that it came with because the ingredients are barely legible, I didn’t know that my small drink was more expensive than the rest and also the woman who made our smoothies also had a really bad attitude. Didn’t even say welcome or thank you when we placed the order or when we left. I spent almost $30 on smoothies. You would think the least they could do is give me good customer service. I would not come back here because the customer service is horrible. One of the workers name is Yareli E. I couldn’t see the other person name and don’t even know if they were wearing name tags. I only know one of their names because it says it on the receipt.

Napping and Baking cookies

I tried the waffle bowl today with coconut whip, peanut butter and Nutella. Delicious. Paired with my peanut butter mood. Great and friendly customer service. Clean environment.

Who's Your Realtor TV

Showed up 1 hour before closing and the 2 girls working were too lazy to put oranges in the machine because they had just "cleaned it" so I just ordered an antioxidant acai and they pulled some industrial looking slop from a jug in the back. Going somewhere more natural next time

Overall experience was great. Needed more workers. There is only about 1-2 workers and takes a while to get a drink.

Regret coming. Customer service horrible. Aaron who is apparently the manager ?.. gave the worst service. When I walked in, there was no greeting from either of the 2 workers. Waited patiently until finally Aaron started taking my order (looking unhappy). I ordered a mango-a-go-go, and she immediately walked off and grabbed the drink from the counter behind and placed it on the counter me. When I asked her what that drink was, she said she had just made the same drink. Didn't ask me if it was ok, there was no explanation. She expected me to accept the extra drink. I asked how long ago was the drink made, she said "just now". I was kind of uncomfortable with it so I asked if a fresh one could be made. She was upset and said I just made it but fine (rolled her eyes). I was about to pay but she walked away without asking for my rewards #. She walked away again, but i managed to ask her if I could put my # in for the rewards, she didn't answer and just stood at the cash register, I had to ask, yes or no? She looked at me and asked me for my #, at this point I wasn't very happy and firmly gave her my # twice.
I asked for her name, she didnt answer, I asked again, she said Aaron, and then I asked for the managers name, in which she responded, Aaron. I asked for her managers name, she responded Marvin.
I was very disappointed with the service to say the least. I've been coming to this location for some time now and never felt this way, everyone was always pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the other young lady there seemed nice but was kinda awkwardly uncomfortable. This Aaron person is not the right person for this job, and definitely no where near manager material. I can't imagine her training methods and vibe to her trainees. This is a customer service based position, yet that quality was absent. Probably not the first complaint on this particular person/ so-called manager. I'm not one to write a bad review and very easy going but this should be addressed. She easily made me regret visiting. I didn't want to disappoint my kids, so I stood there and watched her make our drinks while she slammed around the blenders.

The smoothies are great. Always consistent and the flavors are delicious. It is slightly expensive for a chain considering some of the little Boutique juice places cost approximately the same amount. Overall you want a good smoothie come here.

The last visit I made here was in the summer ‘23 with my small boys 2 and 4 years old. Unfortunately the only people working were a newbie with a few screws loose and a nasty pudgy pimply curly haired terrible female-male like server (not too far from Napoleon Dynamite) that literally made childish nasty faces at me and rolled her eyes at me in front of my small children several times.Neither of the two could tell me if a register was open to put my order in. And neither could tell me if my order was up bc they didn’t care to take my name (as is customary in JJ and Starbucks and Coffee Bean and such places) so I had to take it upon myself to repeatedly ask if the drink was mine when one was ready on the bar.On a super hot summer day where I didn’t want my youmg children to become dehydrated, I came to encounter the worst service I have ever encountered being a customer for over 29 years of Jamba Juice. Will never return to this location in my life. Good like with $10 a drink and the petrified “service” that this establishment “offers”
