I've been a regular at Jersey Mike's on Main Street for quite some time now, and I must say, it never disappoints! Every time I walk through those doors, I'm greeted with a warm welcome and the enticing aroma of freshly baked bread. The staff here are not just friendly; they genuinely care about ensuring you have a fantastic dining experience. Now, let's talk about the sandwiches. Oh boy, where do I even begin? Each bite is a symphony of flavors, with the perfect balance of meats, cheeses, and toppings. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Italian sub or craving something a bit more adventurous like the Chipotle Cheesesteak, Jersey Mike's has you covered. And let's not forget about their signature fresh-baked bread, which adds an extra layer of deliciousness to every sandwich. But what truly sets Jersey Mike's apart is the consistency. No matter which location I visit, I can always count on the sandwiches being top-notch. It's clear that quality is a top priority here, and it shows in every bite. So, if you find yourself craving a mouthwatering sandwich that hits all the right notes, look no further than Jersey Mike's on Main Street. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

My wife is a vegetarian and ordered the cheese and bell pepper sandwich and they were out of bell peppers, one half of the ingredients! Then, my wife asked for extra onions on her sandwich. The rude lady behind the counter said "This is all I have for the night. I'll have to cut more if I give you more." There was about 1/3 of the container full and only 1 hour left in the night. The whole sandwich is veggies and cheese and now she can't have a couple extra slices of onion? Then, when my wife was shocked looking, the rude lady said, " I thought you understood I was joking." Not only is that extremely rude, but takes ZERO accountability for her own words and put it back on my wife for asking, but also made my wife feel so terrible she did not further ask for extra herbs like she always used to do for fear of being mocked and made fun of again. This was supposed to be a treat. My wife became a vegetarian about a year ago due to health and prior to that Jersey Mike's was her favorite. We ate at this location atleast twice a month. Tonight, she was crying in the car so upset and embarrassed that we will never go back to Jersey Mike's again. It may sound small to some, but this was a big deal for her to have her treat after hearing a bit more bad news. Not only did it not lift her spirits, she now won't even eat the sandwich. This location has always had attitude issues with it's employees, often not wanting to dirty the grill at 8pm to make a cheese steak when they dont close until 9pm. Or not allowing us to eat in the store because it was 8pm and they had already cleaned the tables for closing, again an hour away. However, tonight was the worst! If you work in customer service, it is best to ask questions and not to make comments of your own. Customers spend a LOT more on a Jersey Mike's sandwich than Togos or Subway. There is no reason to be rude in any way if the customer is asking politely for something that is standard.

Terrible customer service here! I will be bringing my business back to Jimmy John's and advising others to as well. Ordered 2 subs and had it delivered. When it arrived, although it was taped shut with the receipt, a sandwhich was missing. When I called the restaurant, the response was "Oh, Yeah, we forgot to put it in. Would you like a refund?" When I replied "No, I would like my order." I was told "Well, we can't do that." When I asked so, why did you ask if I wanted a refund if there wasn't another option?" So the options were they could give me the refund or not but either way I was not getting my order. I ordered delivery as I could not drive on my nighttime medication, so I felt like my ADA rights were violated.

Disappointing to say the least. We love JM but this location had awful customer service. There were three young women working and no one in line ahead of us. They were obviously working on online orders, but no one greeted us. I stood by the young woman slicing meat and cheese and while she looked up at me and made eye contact 3 times, she never said anything. I finally jumped in and just placed my order. While I was waiting for the topping person to ask me what we would like on our sandwiches, the third woman by the register calls over to me asking if I want any drinks. I literally said, "Are you talking to me?" Since no one had spoken to me until this point. The food was as it is, and at least prepared fresh and tasted on par, but I'd go to any of the other locations around if you want to be treated like you are there in person.

Embracing the reality of it being a chain, Jersey Mike's sandwiches fall into the "okay" category. You might sense the staff had a challenging day, given the demands of the service industry. Despite all this, my fail-safe choice is the portobello with an extra dose of portobello - it's simply yum!

Not your average Jersey Mike's for sure! This place is a the first Jersey Mike's I have been to where the team seem to have a so be it attitude. Was here on Wed at 11:15 AM, not busy at all.. But the staff didn't welcome in, say hello or offer any kindness when ordering. The sandwiches were made without any real care at all, as seen in photo... The girl ringing up order acted as if we were more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Not your normal experience in a Jersey Mike's. The place seemed clean and the food was not bad. Seemed like the already small bag of chips has gotten smaller. For $4 for a kids handful of chips and .50 worth of soda is a big deterrent from returning. Subway was not looking half bad after that visit and that's saying something! Hope this place get's their franchise together....

This place has horrible customer service. I came in to order myself a sandwich and right from the start no "hello welcome " I start to order my sandwich and the young lady with an attitude already " what do you want in it !" I said well just an Italian sandwich "Jersey way" just no onions. She proceeds with an attitude " what do you want in it !!? And this point I just had it and honestly I will not be going there at all ! I know I am only 1 person but believe me I will make sure to let my friends and relatives know NOT to go to that location. I really hope the owner of this place sees how unfriendly some of his staff is. If I could post a negative star I totally would .

Jersey Mike's is usually my go to for a sandwich and I don't think I've ever been disappointed but I've also never been to this location. Ordered on the phone and I don't know if this girl was having a bad day but wasn't very friendly to begin with and wasn't friendly when my fiancé picked up. Ordered a number 8 & 13, both breads were stale and they didn't add bacon to the number 8, even after specifically asking to add bacon over the phone lol. Not a huge deal but the first time that made me not want to come back. Bummer! Mistakes happen but poor customer service is hard to get around.

Boring Bland Sandwich! I ordered the BLT on Line... The lettuce was mehhh (shredded lettuce is for Tacos), the Bacon looked hours old and burnt. .. You can't add an additional protein like Chicken or Turkey and apparently the only online cheese is provolone. This IS A SUB SHOP right?? Good Grief spend less and go-to Subway instead

The workers at the Orange location across from the Main Place mall always act like they hate the world. While the service is not bad, and the food is usually enjoyable, their attitudes are horrible. God forbid they crack a smile or act like they don’t all hate their jobs. It’s almost to the point of being uncomfortable. My family goes often and it never changes…Sandwiches are great but man the pm shift workers need some customer service training!

I was craving a Jersey Mike's sandwich. Came in today and I was the only customer in the restaurant with 3 employees working. The employee's working were all involved in a conversation, I let them finish, they then greeted me and asked what I wanted. My sandwich was made nice & quick and tasted good. There was no real customer service or personality by any of the 3 employees. Once I paid I sat down to eat. Tables & floor was dirty, looks like nothing had been cleaned i a while. All 3 employees went to back kitchen standing around talking, on cell phones and 1 even sat on the prep metal table, which I know is out of compliance. For 25 minutes no one did any work beside giving 2 orders to a delivery person which was made before I came in. To the Managers and or owners, your team needs more customer service training or supervision of keeping busy. Labor hours are being waisted. This is my observation from one restaurant manager to another.
