My husband and I tried Mayito at Radiant Beer Co and GREATLY enjoyed them! If you want friendly service and a delicious street taco, this is your place. And yes, their food pairs great with beer. FOOD: Ordered 2 Carne Asada tacos, 1 Carnitas Taco and a side of fries. Carne Asada wasn't overly chewy and had that classic street taco taste. Carintas has that crisp, yet juicy flavor. Good food. Cost a little more than your average taco truck but the food is also better than average. Their chicken burritos are super flavorful. Kinda inconsistent hours but well worth it when you spot the truck. Usually parked next to the Ralphs gas station on Chapman but they close early IMHO; usually around 9 or 10pm.
