Went there for Lunch, it was a great experience. Wasn't sure about the menu and what to eat, but the girl Karla was SUPER GREAT!!! She suggested a great plate!! Shes very friendly and her service very nice, I also noticed that she was always cleaning the tables, Soda Fountain and Salsa bar, this girl is super!!, great team member. I love Rubios food, but was not impressed with today's service. I walked in and they didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting to place an order for about 5 minutes. Same thing with others waiting to get napkins, the front cashier kept going on about other work. I understand, it was lunch time, they were very busy and they only had 3 people working. I had the fish tacos. They were very good. I took off a Star because the dining room was less than clean. Our table had residue from some stickers and it looked dirty.The staff was friendly and helpful.
