Both the Lihue and Kapaa McDonald’s locations have great staff. The employees are friendly, and I’m always impressed by how clean and well-maintained the restaurants are. Great service and a pleasant experience overall
The young, Hispanic woman with glasses at the drive thru has a bad attitude and needs better communication skills. I was at the window ready to pay and asked what the total price of the food was again because I misheard the first time at the drive thru and before giving her the credit card, she repeated it in a nasty tone like it was an issue asking her a simple question. Unacceptable, entitled behavior. This individual needs better training or find a new job if she can't handle...read full review
