Oh man where to begin! This place is a hidden gem that I was recently taken to. Ever since going my first time about a month ago, I’ve been back 5 times! The bluefin nigiri is probably the best nigiri I’ve had in Orange County (The bluefin keeps us coming back week after week). If I were to recommend anything, it would have to be the bluefin. Most wondrous sushi! My wife and I popped in last weekend. First time visiting. We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Our server was so polite and friendly. The chefs waved from behind the sushi bar. Our beer and sake were tasty and the sushi dishes were delicious and just the right size. Love the atmosphere; we went for lunch and it was quiet, but I imagine it can be hustle bustle in the evening. Definitely recommended, check it out. 🍣
I always order my grilled salmon plate with rice and vegetables. I love the staff and that they know what my usual order is, as I’m a creature of habit. They’ve also got the best temporary shrimp and I love that the chefs interact with the customers. 10 stars!
