Spoons @ Ayres is a hidden gem and outstanding value for the hotel quests and the surrounding community. The meals are phenomenal and the service is excellent and second to none. Truly a first class experience. Shout out to Chef ??? Omar! He is an amazing and talented chef who is only going to continue to shine ✨. The cocktail ???? hour is also top shelf!

This was a welcome surprise after three very long days in Orange. It was nice to come "home" to the the Ayres Hotel and Spoons Bar and Grill. Even with so many food options in the area, Spoons was a perfect way to unwind. It was like having your own personal chef. Omar was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Next time I am in Orange, I will be staying at the Ayres Hotel and will have Omar take care of my dinners.
