When into Starbucks to use their facilities because I was far away from home and I wasn’t allowed to use their bathroom because I didn’t purchase at this time
While I spend my money there is ok but if am not consuming at that moment I’m not allowed to use their bathroom Well guess what you just made me very upset and I won’t be consuming your expensive products I will forgo my lattes for a long time their store policy sucks This store is located in 691 main st off the 22 fwy in Orange California

WOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! i was going to order a coffee, but my four-year-old had to use the restroom extremely bad and they would not allow her to use the restroom before I place the order. She almost peed herself. thank God for the Verizon next-door.

It's just 3 in the afternoon, and there are no hot teas available, which is understandable since it's a cold rainy day. But I am sick and need a hot tea to soothe my cough and I had to use the bathroom which can only be used by customers. I was just told they don't have anything I want to purchase at this location but I explained i am still going to another location that might have the tea in stock, but I am forced to make a purchase anyway at this location if I want to use the bathroom or just hold it until I get to the next store. This has never been a "policy" in all the starbucks I've been shoped at before. Horrible customer experience!

Ridiculous can’t give you the code to the restroom until you’ve made a purchase. Ok I’ll take a small coffee when I get out. Then I’m directed to the lady taking orders. Wait in line 4 people ahead of me. Placed a mobile order to bypass the line but I won’t be stopping at another Starbucks anytime soon.

Currently sitting here and it smells so bad never have I smelled a Starbucks like this and the girl was so rude! I never been to Starbucks that smells like the restroom I always smell coffee . My tea good because Batista made it really good and he was really nice but that's about it and that's why I gave it five stars on food part on other than that I can't believe it
