I always enjoy coming to Starbucks. The drinks are consistently good, and the staff here are friendly and fast — even during busy hours. My orders are always made right, and the mobile app pickup is super convenient when I’m on the go.
The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for working, studying, or just relaxing with a drink. I also love their seasonal drinks, never miss the Pumpkin Spice or Iced Sugar Cookie Lattes when they’re back!

Bean a coffee patron for sometime now and did not need a coffee this morning, but needed a bathroom from this once upon a time family establishment. Starbucks is now no longer a part of the community as they have decided to make their own rules on public bathrooms. Even though I have spent thousands of dollars at this company, they have decided I need to continue to spend more to not have to go urinate in the parking lot or on myself and suffer bladder conditions, while I wait to make a purchase and being told in an extremely rude mannerism, when I clearly have to go to the bathroom, extremely bad and I was extremely polite and had to ask for the manager who also rudely told me the new policy says I have to make a purchase. they stood their ground, and I looked at my app and my purchase history and decided I am not going to buy again until the policy is corrected to reflect the true nature of community.

I tried coffee frapp with minimal sugar w almond milk and stevia. It turned out ok. I will try more to fine tune my taste. They were helpful.

Terrible experience. I stopped by for an espresso, but needed to use the restroom first. I asked for the code and was asked, whether I would be buying something. I said I will but need to use restroom first. My conversation with barista abruptly interrupted Lauren, who said she was a manager and I have to purchase something first in order to be able to use restrooms. I frequent Starbucks almost daily but I have not experience such rude behavior and terrible customer service yet. I think I will look for different coffee chain for my coffee breaks. (By the way, the store was empty.)

OK check it out we are all drinks are awesome stellar it's the middle of the day I've already had 2 cups of coffee I'm walking into the mall cause I'm waiting for a DoorDash order Uber eats order cause I'm tired of driving up and down doing Lyft an Uber. So I decided to go get a drink at your local Starbucks
I'm already here dropped some changes tip jar had a few quarters on me I was even gonna go get my beanie that has like three dollars in quarters in it . And he said unfortunately so you must buy an item before we can give you a complementary couple water frequent shopper Homie you should make exceptions you should check out my star points how many I use.
On the other hand I also understand how many people must ask for a complementary cup of water especially at the mall which is probably back up their line on the weekends with that said Starbucks is known for helping people hydrate maybe they should give a pass to the people that help them move those orders along because we're on the same industry just saying something we can all talk about

I came to Starbucks here at 6:33pm on 4/5. I was supposed to meet my girlfriend here at 7pm. Since I came right after work, I arrived early and I had to wait about 30 minutes. I asked for the bathroom password to go to the bathroom, but staff at front lady said she only gives it to paying customers and asked me to buy a drink. She was so rude,She looked at me like I was homeless and her expression looked like she didn't want to work and acted like I shouldn't bother her. I've been going this location Starbucks for over 2 years and I live in an apartment right across the street. Since when has Starbucks been so rude to customers? Her name was Genesis. If you don't want to work, go work somewhere else. And you need to learn to be kind to people 😉

WOW HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! i was going to order a coffee, but my four-year-old had to use the restroom extremely bad and they would not allow her to use the restroom before I place the order. She almost peed herself. thank God for the Verizon next-door.
