My experience at Subway on 12/17 2025 was terrible . The customer service was unsatisfactory. My bread was very soggy because the employee put to much sauce on my sandwich causing the bread to be very soggy and I was not able to eat . I told both employees that were working and they said it was my fault and gave me a fork to eat my sandwich. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. I wanted for them to either make me a new sandwich or new bread , they said no I was my fault .

I believe this is not good customer service and very rude . Both employees were very hard to understand as well . They didn’t understand English .

I would appreciate my money back or a new sandwich. I don’t recommend this place because the service is bad as well as unsafe .

This place never gets old standing the test of time, like all sorts of sandwiches but my favorite has always been the meatball footlong with toasted bread, american cheese, a little mayo, salt & pepper, tomato onion lettuce and jalapenos, you can get that to go with a bag of chips and drink which I prefer as the place isn't necessarily very enticing to stay, the ambience is pretty simple, the place is pretty simple nothing to write about, but the service is usually OK, so instead of staying there I just do take out, still one of my fav fast food chains hope it remains open for many more years.

The night staff lady is awfully rude, she gives super small portions and gives attitude as if I was getting food for free. I pay for my food and I expect it to be made exactly how other subways make it. Terrible service, I do not recommend going there

Service was great & food quality was good. While I feel the full retail price is a bit expensive for what you get, if you have one of their $7 footlong coupons, it is well worth it! Great location & professional/friendly employee working. Visited today 10/20/24 at around 12:45pm
