Incredible service, but today, my brother and I are sick to our stomachs. Maybe something was off that day in the grill. We eat flame regularly, so this was weird. I am just reviewing to bring awareness. Service was amazing, tho.

Hello, last week I went to get my free food from the coupon that you offer to customers but the manager has no activity or personality towards customers. He was rude to me. Apart from me, I have always bought my food with you for a long time regularly. I always go 4 to 5 days a week. I have already seen it on a few times but he always treats you in a rude way and I am paying for my food. I am not asking for things for free. I will always go shopping with you because all the people who work there are very friendly and the people who work in the kitchen are also very friendly. They greet me because I know everyone and they are all very good people and the reason I am complaining is because Mr. Miguel denied me the plate of tofu he said I could only grab the chicken plate and it's okay I understand but he should not be rude to customers and the truth is that I don't like the way he treats you

Went there for brunch and was greeted very nicely. Got my order placed and began to fill my drink from the fountain. When I finished I noticed my first problem. Something, looking like small bits of mold, were floating in my drink. My guess is that they didn't clean the ice machine too often. Second was my order. I got a chicken plate to share with my sister at my house, but when I got home to share the order, the chicken was extremely spicy. Now I can handle the spice but I definitely wasn't expecting it. Overall the ladies working there were extremely nice and I thanked them for the time to make the meal, but I wish they were a little more attentive. My suggestion is to double check your food and drink before leaving.
