Everytime I come here. I always struggle to communicate on the drive thru. The people taking the orders. Have a hard time understanding. They don’t comprehend. It’s always an issue. I’ve kept my mouth shut. Because I don’t want to sound like a complaining customer. But there’s been so many instances. Already to the point I’m already fed up. I asked just now for the 2 for $3 special. The two sausage and cheese muffins. Tell me why I paid $10? For two sandwiches. ? Because they don’t understand how to make sense of the English language. It’s ridiculous. You just have have anybody working the drive thru. Maybe hire people who can actually be able to comprehend. I swear it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last.

Haven't been to Wendy's for a hot minute. My friend wanted the Chili, I got a small fry and nuggets. I had a bite of the chili and it was pretty good. My fries were kind of limp the nuggets were good. I just would of liked things to be a little more crispy.

I came here approximately between 7:25-7:35 AM I ordered, a #4 breakfast combo with orange juice and Cinnabon pullapart. The lady had a poor attitude early in the morning, people usually wake up and start their day with a positive attitude, and go on about their business, but coming here I get a lady that has to ruin my morning with a poor attitude. No receipt, no sauce, just a cold and dry filthy attitude with disgusting nails.
If you are not happy working here, why do you come here. I honestly regret coming here.

Ordered a double Dave’s and patties tasted like straight up chemicals! I had Wendy’s from other sites and this one for some reason their food has this funky chemical flavor! And the burger was somewhat warm! Staff was great but food tasted yucky!

I stopped by the drive-thru for fries and a drink. Before leaving, I asked if the straw was in the bag, and the employee confirmed it was. However, when I got home, there was no straw for my drink and no ketchup for my fries. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional Service at Wendy's..
My recent experiences have been extremely frustrating.
Firstly, they do not answer their phone, which makes it difficult to place orders or ask questions. When they do answer, I've encountered instances where they hang up abruptly, showing a lack of professionalism and customer care.
Additionally, the service at this location has been consistently poor, leading to long wait times and incorrect orders.
I believe this feedback is important for improving the quality of service at this Wendy's and would appreciate a call back from the manager

Never eating here again. I did a mobile order and they made me wait 25 mins before saying there was a glitch and they never got it. Even though I had the receipt, they wouldn't make my food or give me a refund. They said I could wait around and hope it goes through or call corporate (which was closed already). Don't eat Wendy's. They don't respect you, your time, or your business.

Good deals especially if you donate a buck , you get 5 free jr. Frosty . No gimmick And i think you get 2 kids meal in the booklet. Oh and vanilla frostys now

I do go to Wendy's these days for one thing basically and that is their Chilli Since it's about the only fast food that offers a cup of chill I've been going though for many years since I also loved the old squared cheese burgers and would get a triple burger.... well, I was younger those days and more recently with my grandson who loved the burgers he is eighteen and in college now. Wendy's always had and still does in addition to good food a most friendly staff or team members as they go by nowadays. Always a positive factor in visiting the joint.

I love their customer service here. The folks at the drive thru were always friendly and upbeat and smiling. And their biggie bag is a value for the money compared to when I go thru other fast food drive thrus.

I don't know where they find the staff of so many businesses these days, incl these restaurants. The staff are so openly rude and discriminatory towards paying customers who are not white, but they bow, smile, and hop to serve customers who are white. It's so shocking and ridiculous to see this in America- or anywhere. Treat everyone well- simple. Then there was an employee who was going on mocking the customer service policies Wendy's does have, openly criticizing a drive through customer, and claiming the customer should respect her because they don't have what it takes to do her job. They refuse to hire regular local people in favor of foreign-born people just because they speak a 2nd language, but those people don't speak the local language well enough to justify this, don't understand the local culture, and are so gassed up by having access to the local currency for the 1st time in their lives that they treat the customers and their job with a wild imbalance of their own self-importance. It's really nuts to see this in so many businesses over and over. Hire homegrown. Please. That's all I could say.
Vegetarian options: Some fast food restaurants don't even offer salad nor even fresh veg on their regular food. Wendy's has salads, potatoes that are baked not fried. For a start that's way better than all the other chains.
