This place is located inside the outlet mall in Orange so there's a lot of foot traffic. There was a short line but it moved quickly.

Not sure about all these reviews of bad customer service but we had a very nice girl help us at the counter on our visit. Just a salted and buttered pretzel and a cinnamon pretzel for us but she did ask if we needed sauces or anything else.

I love Wetzel's Pretzels. My son and I like the hotdog bites. On this particular visit they were out of them and said it would take about 15 min. for them to be ready. We waited patiently, and were treated to hot fresh and delish bites. The drink selection is small though. You can have either lemonade or lemonade lol.
