Woody's is a classic diner that delivers fresh quality classics at reasonable prices. Sandwiches are really no more expensive than most takeout places. They have a full bar including some local craft beers which I like. Service has always been efficient and often friendly. On our most recent visit the manager was on the floor and very involved. That's always a good sign for me.

Everything was excellent. Honest food for an honest price. Our server Espi was friendly and helpful. The manger even came by to make sure we were helped. Another great sign of a great diner is seeing it full even after the lunch rush. The circle has many dining options but if you are looking for down home honest to goodness diner, look no further I had the party melt and the on premise made onion rings were delicious.

Large menu, plenty to chose from. Love their sandwich selections. I would not order Tostada salad again as I found it lacking in ingredients. Very little guacamole and sour cream and little light on beans and meat. Asked for more guacamole and was told their would be additional charge so I said no and let waiter know the amount given was not enough. I was not offered anything else. But I enjoy the vibe in this place. It's good ole Orange, a nice neighborhood warmth about it. Girl servers are nice. Burgers are good, onion rings good.Parking: They get busy so come early, side parking a little tight but also neighborhood street parking available.

Sat outside on the patio, on a Sunday morning with little to no wait around 10:20. The food was good and service was great, no complaints. I had the polish sausage and egg skillet. I would go there again, it was a nice surprise to be seated quickly because I know how crowded this part of town can be with restaurants.
Beware of Surcharge I enjoyed the meal and service at Woody's in Orange, but when I received my bill, there was a 3% surcharge on it. When I asked my server about this, she couldn't really explain but after we reviewed the menu, there it was buried in fine print. Please stop this deceptive practice. Don't advertise one price and add verbiage about a surcharge somewhere on the menu only to be noticed or searched for once the bill has been received. Had I seen it prior to ordering, I would have left. Why can't you be up front about your true prices and simply have the menu reflect it rather than having to scan the menu for disclaimers prior to ordering or to be surprised afterwards? No one wants to read a menu like a contract because it might contain hidden fees. It's misleading and deceptive and I won't be back while this practice is in effect. It ruined an otherwise fine experience. I took the surcharge out of the server's tip.

Waitress was very attentive. Food was good. They accommodate our dog in the patio, so no complain. My husband had cheese burger and I had pulled pork sandwich which were very tasty. Fries were a bit cold. My daughter ordered fettuccine Alfredo and was very large portion. Overall, it was good.
