“PERFECTION! My wife and I have been meaning to try this place out for quite a while, but we end up going somewhere else. We FINALLY popped in on sunday, holy cow, the food was AMAZING. The cheesy pull-apart bread, beyond good, it was like crack. The pot stickers, house-made, and the best I've ever had. Not by a little, by a lot. My ruben sandwich was 10/10... best I've ever had... it displaced the previous first place from 20 years ago in New Orleans. My wife just had a salad, but it was a monster, super fresh, and had a ton of blue cheese crumbles on it. This dinner we had, it was destination grade, and there's no place we can think of in 50 miles that even comes close. You can tell they use top notch ingredients... just sooooo good. Wait staff was super friendly, it was just so good I can't even say it enough.

“I had fish & salad. The fish was lightly beer- battered and very fresh, accompanied by a crisp flavorful salad. When I ordered a porter, I was bought two to sample, both excellent; I recommend the Donner Party Porter The wait staff was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Also ordered at my table was a turkey and Swiss sandwich. The roasted turkey was stacked high, with sliced avocado and tomato on toasted sourdough. The food definitely exceeded " bar food" expectations. We dined on the patio as it was a fine day, but next time the pool table, music, & bar are calling me.

Parking: We found parking easily within a block radias, but this was not at a peak hour.

“Great service overall. Great service from all but one server, who is consistently bad. Fun place to watch a game. Karaoke 3 nights a week brings in a fun crowd. Food is surprisingly good for a bar. Bartenders are AMAZING. They mix incredible drinks and are highly entertaining.

“Large selection of games to play while watching sports games on multiple TVs. The taco nachos will have you in the bathroom. I recommend not to get those if you are on a date.

Kid-friendliness: No kids allowed. Must be above 21. Sometimes they check IDs at the entrance.“

“Didn't eat there and only went to play some Golden Tee. They are one of the few places that has the new Golden Tee PGA Live edition and it was well maintained. It's right next to the bar so getting drinks not a problem but they did check on us at the right times. I'll be back for sure.
It was a Sunday and they ended up closing early since there was pretty much no one in there and we were getting ready to leave anyway. So although the atmosphere was dead that wasn't a bad thing since we were playing the game and less people talking or bumping into you is a good thing. The machine is position in a good place and you only need to worry about a bar back running into you but not really since there is a spot for him to go around. all in all it was a great experience but thats why i gave 3 stars on Atmosphere and we did not eat so didn't grade food as of yet.“

“This bar has a great drinks, service, and atmosphere. I go here with my co workers for a chill time to unwind. The bartenders remember our drink orders and treat us phenomenally. They have food you can order from the downstairs Players Pub, but also allow you to bring in your own food. This place feels like home away from home. I highly recommend you check them out and find out how awesome the Players Pub experience is.“

“My 4 yo son and I got haircuts this morning. Everyone was so friendly and great. Such a welcoming atmosphere and Bri was great with my son. He loves his haircut, as do I. Would definitely recommend to anyone young or old. Even if you have to wait for a second you can enjoy a beer or soda at the bar and watch a game. We will definitely be back.“

“On the smaller side for a bar. The service was on point, and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, everyone seemed to know each other except myself and one other person, lots of regulars, which can be a little uncomfortable for newcomers depending on your personality.“

“They have Karaoke on Wed which was really fun. This BLT was to die for. Triple Decker with Avocado and I had them put the Jalapeño on the side. Shoestring fries were yummy. My friend got a burrito that was less than stellar and totally different from the menu description, she liked it though. The interior is big and has a stage right in the middle. It was hot outside but inside was cool and comfortable. The stairs were the biggest drawback lol.“

“Love the 49ers paint job on the exterior of the building. Felicia is a firecracker of entertainment from behind the bar. Most of all the place is always a very clean and smoothly ran establishment my koodoos to the managers and owners.

“Nice neighborhood bar with several pool tables, 2 dart machines and a few pinball machines. Its no longer Johnny's club 53 tho. There's a new owner and it's now called Time Out Tavern. Pool tournaments every Thursday night at 8pm.“

“We love Porters! Alexis is AMAZING!! We came to Gilmore Girls Trivia night tonight. The place was packed and all of the tables were reserved. Alexis went to the neighboring restaurant and got a chair so we could have a place to sit!

“This lounge and Tavern deserves some credit! I have not experienced this type of hospitality in any other bar near a hotel in a very, very long time! Sarah, the bartender was professional and extremely nice! Definitely a conversation starter! The other local guest were pleasant and friendly! I think that’s really what’s missing in a lot of bars these days so I had to at least call out this local gem in Folsom while I’m out here for work. “The food was phenomenal I think it was the managers they were amazing very attentive to use when the accidental cleared our table when we went to go play games and tossed out appetizers they apologized and brought us out fresh ones at no charge the were very sweet and pleasant to talk with the games were so fun made our 17yrs wedding anniversary very special will definitely be coming back“
