Well I never even considered ordering food as soon as I stepped into the doorway. The smell of toilets and smelly unclean bathrooms was overwhelming. I made it as far as the case after being welcomed in but the two girls working both went to the back kitchen area? To talk for a couple minutes. When they finally came back I asked if there was any vegan and gluten-free options as the website states. She said only gluten free and sugar free. So we left. But seriously bad smells. Bad.

Every time I have came to this location I have been let down. This is the 3rd time and I’m not going to come back. I have written to them letting them know what’s been going on and nothing has been fixed. I feel Gina’s piece of cake used to be Quality, but it’s has lowered its standards, proportions and its selections.

Gina’s has been a staple for me from the moment they opened and were located in next to Big 5, that doesn’t make me old, right?!?
Not enough great things to say about this community staple for sweet treats for any occasion! Gina and her team are always amazing! Amazing cakes, pies, and cookies to name a few! Stop by Old Town Orcutt or the mall!

The food takes a solid 5; As for on Father’s Day, there was not a single Cake Decorator available to write out a few words on the cake I purchased there. Based on my experience, the workers were aiming to tell me there were no more cakes when I had reserved one. It was fortunate that I asked them if there was one reserve for me that I had called in within the hour. They did still have it. Thank you for that. The Orcutt location is much more convenient for me and is the reason that I had gone to that location. The Mall location had never let us down. Thank you for that; That location takes the cake.

The cake was delicious it had a cool whip top. Cappuccino was perfect , The cheese cake singles were not good, too hard and rich, but if you like super sweet deserts, you may enjoy them. The place was roomy and clean. We were here close to closing, and the girls were cleaning with fabuloso that overpowered the place.
