The staff at Sharetea is so incredibly helpful and joyous and kind. A specific staff member whose name begins with an R was a hoot!!! My tapioca balls have never tasted better. My favortite drink was the one with the crystal balls! The two ball flavors are so enjoyable and it always makes me want to come back for more.
I recently found out that there's a Sharetea in Orinda near my work so I decided to try it out. I've been going to the Concord location for years and I usually don't like other locations (they tend to be inconsistent with drink quality). The guy who took my order and made my drink was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the store was very clean. I ordered a QQ Happy Family and it was perfect.
