This is my favorite share tea to go to because the workers are so nice! Especially when I came in on Saturday, the worker Monique was great.

The staff at Sharetea is so incredibly helpful and joyous and kind. A specific staff member whose name begins with an R was a hoot!!! My tapioca balls have never tasted better. My favortite drink was the one with the crystal balls! The two ball flavors are so enjoyable and it always makes me want to come back for more.

I’ve come in here at least a dozen times each time the customer service is worse than before. This is for sure not the drink I asked for. Then the cashier had the audacity to get frustrated with me because I told her I paid extra for a topping and asked for my drink to be made a specific way and she flat out told me no, that’s not their recipe.

I was just stopping in for a bit of Boba. I ordered a classic pearl milk tea with 100% sweetness. It came out, made with 50% sweetness. And that may not seem like a big deal, but 50% sweetness vs 100% Percent sweetness is a very big difference. But that isn’t even the worst part. I told them about this and asked if they could maybe remake it, but no. Instead, they told me tough and I could buy another one, if I need to. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time going here!!

I recently found out that there's a Sharetea in Orinda near my work so I decided to try it out. I've been going to the Concord location for years and I usually don't like other locations (they tend to be inconsistent with drink quality). The guy who took my order and made my drink was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the store was very clean. I ordered a QQ Happy Family and it was perfect. This location is participating in a limited special event/collab with a mobile game called Cookie Run so there's exclusive merchandise (keychains and pins) and cups!

This Sharetea location is quite reliable in terms of getting your order right and making drinks on time. My only complaints are it seems like they skimp on toppings that aren't boba and the sweetness/ice levels taste different each time when ordering the same amount. For example, getting 80% sweetness and light ice tastes like 100% sweetness and extra ice while other days it tastes like 30% sweetness no ice. I think it depends on the workers too. I understand that this is a popular place for young people to hangout, but I usually never see folks inside apart from grabbing their drinks and heading out. Service is always quite friendly too and even if they are high schoolers from Miramonte or Campolindo working, they know what they are doing! My favorite drinks are the frozen Oreo milk tea with boba and the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly

Black tea is a refreshing drink and had nice floral notes. The pudding is a good texture and is also sweetened. The pudding had an eggy flavor Friendly staff and a nice location to walk around shops with the tea

Unsure how they measure boba, but I got my drink with boba and there was barely any boba. I saw other premade drinks on the counter with lots of boba, so either they were running out of boba at the time of making my drink or they are simply inconsistent. It's been a while since I had sharetea, but I'm thinking this may be my last time. I'm sure they use powder milk, so I best stick to places that use real milk or have milk alternatives.
Love the taro smoothie with fresh milk--no sweetener needed, it's plenty sweet on its own.

I have came a coup times since they first opened before the pandemic and I must say it has gotten worse. None of the staff knows what Jasmine tea or any kind of milk tea is. The staff seem like they don't want to interact with you. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea three times and they got it wrong all three times. The location seems great but you are better off driving the extra mile to the neighboring areas for boba instead. The place is also quite messy with a ton of random stuff behind a table to cover up the mess. I stopped coming here after a while. Today was my first time here in a while and I must say my opinion has been proven right once again. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH GRUMPY AND LAZY STAFF AND TERRIBLE BOBA!

Tea was incredibly watery. Boba was over cooked and mushy. Staff were nice and the shop was cute. Great location. Please improve the product!
