Very unhappy we ordered on the app after an hour we still waiting for the food we keep asking and the employees rude like we haven’t pay for it just give us no explanation of why is taking this long and on top of that when we got it it was not even hot

Terrible service. They look at you from behind counter and won’t come help. And they’re “out” of everything you order on the kiosks, don’t worry they’ll give you some sweet and sour to make up for it. Avoid, just got to Wendy’s or Taco Bell or a gas station.

An older Hispanic woman, maybe a manager, seems to be running the show every time I visit this McDonald’s, and the food is consistently expired or subpar—think cold, soggy hashbrowns, McGriddle buns so dry they’re cracked, and fries that are limp and lifeless. It’s infuriating to pay premium prices for such garbage when employees barely pretend to care about quality. It feels like they’re deliberately dumping bad product, hoping customers vanish down I-5 without a complaint.

This place rocks. Me, my bother and my wife really like this place. They make using my app very easy and worth it. I would recommend this place highly. Although the music can be lacking and repetitive (the same music every time) , I’ll rate it 5 stars once they change up the jams lol

We were not happy with our visit. We would have taken our food back, but we were already getting on the fwy and were trying to eat in the car.

We only ordered 2 items.

We ordered a filet-o-fish with no cheese. We repeated that we didn't want cheese on it several times, and they still didn't get it correct. Because It did have cheese on it. I tried to scrape it off, but it was melted on.

We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, and it was overcooked and very dry. The only thing on it was 2 pickles, nothing else, no sauce of any kind.

So we were very disappointed, we had been driving for several hours and just wanted a quick bite. But we didn't enjoy our food at all. Such a waste of food. 😒

Went there a few months ago and they got the order wrong, so I contacted them and the manager Brizeth made things more than right. Even tho I hadn’t been there in months, I stoped to get my siblings a happy meal and she gave me the meal for free. More than pleased with the service! Thank you Brizeth !
