It was nice to eat on clean tables. The food was great and they even managed to get us to buy a larger burger 🍔. The fried zucchini was fresh and that made them even more delicious!!

I ordered the Santa Fe chicken burger in a meal. The burger was very cold and not cooked to proper temperature. I had gone back into the restaurant and asked them to remake the burger and cook it the proper temperature, they made the burger again not the proper temperature and when I said something about it they just told me that's just how it comes it was literally very cold almost frozen in the center of it and the rest of burger very cold and you could feel it with your fingers they was not cooked to proper temperatures at all. After I had asked for a refund of my order since they could not cook it to proper temperatures the manager Vanessa got very hostile started yelling and screaming smacking her hands together ordering me out of the store with extreme profanity language. I never once got rude with her. She didn't set if I didn't leave she's going to call the cops on me and I was only asking for a refund of my burger since she couldn't make it properly. Needless to say I will probably never going to be returning to this restaurant but I will be contacting them on Tuesday morning to speak to the so-called general manager and get a refund of my order. If you want good service and expect manager to treat you quality and caringly I would stay away from this establishment. Orville don't need restaurants like this with rude people and rude workers especially manager.

Our monster biscuits were disgusting. The bacon on both were completely raw and all fat. To charge money for that should be a crime.
We apprehensively went back for the western bacon cheeseburger special. The bacon was not fatty and it was cooked well. Hallelujah

Me and my kids came inside to eat the manager was very nice. Food was hot, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean! The manager even brought our food to us that made me happy I have not had this great service in a long time.
These employees will go the extra mile to keep the rush going late night, my order was perfect and looked pitch perfect too. Thank you for being open at the end of my shift, I really appreciate yall working so hard!
