Poor experience with ordering online and pick up . I even contacted the corporate help number and received an email stating that the local dominos was a franchise and they would have that team contact me .
Well lesson learned as the order was paid online and no pizza along with no resolution other than being out that money .
Never again will we shop at any dominos this will include for quick vacation food after a long day of traveling . You lost a faithful customer
It used to be, Domino's, "when cooked fresh" was usually pretty good...BUT not anymore!
The past few times the food, buffalo chicken, and sandwiches have been almost unedible!!!
Dried out, rock hard old chicken nuggets, lack of sauces and cheap ingredients! 🤢 and then the top adult overcooked to the point everything is dried out!!!!
I quit, no more Domino's!
No one answers the phone. Ordered a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza in the middle of the day. Delivery time was originally less than 45 min and then over two hours later it showed up wrong and cold. No one to talk to through customer service . Been calling the store for over an hour; no answer.
