Absolutely love Dutch Bros it's the only place I get coffee and drinks besides at home. They have so many different flavors and so many combinations to make them. Highly recommend going to Dutch for all your coffee, smoothies, rebels and hot chocolate needs and wants you won't be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: They have tons of drinks they can make almost any into a kid friendly drink.

So I just got back to work and tried my drink, and I feel pretty cheated. I paid for a medium og gummybear add watermelon drizzle blended rebel. The guy with the tablet asked me if I wanted it extra thick, my answer was no. I hate extra thick. I get to the window and it looked extra thick, so I asked the lady if it was and she said yes. I told her that I just wanted it regular. So she took it back and "fixed" it. I thanked her and drove away. Now, I come to find out that she did not remake my drink, she added watermelon flavoring to the top and an extra cup to disguise that it is actually the same drink. I'm pretty disgusted. It took 20 minutes to get through the line, just to get a drink that I payed for, but did not order.

Well, after 2 decades of patronage, the shift from a family owned franchise model to a publicly traded company has seen a shift from great customer service to an ROI model has the drinks not as hot. The service is still good.
I was new to Cali after my last visit of twenty years ago. Looking for good brew ang comfy digs. asked my b&b host for recommendation she said everyone raves about Dutch bros. Found a corporate cookie cutter drive thru. Not even an indoor sitting area. ordered a large half gallon crafe of coffee. The server was confused. never heard of such a thing. She called the manager and after a little search he appeared with a lovely 2liter to go jug. Perfect! Coffee was just fine. Mind you this was just a drive thru with a walk up window. Corporate, differently not cosy.

I only buy Ice coffees from here! Staff is always friendly and helpful! I refuse to do any business with Starbucks of any kind because they don't support our troops or give military discounts! Dutch has everthing Starbucks dies and more! Plus your gonna SAVE! A few bucks! I think Dutch Bros juice drinks taste WAYYY! BETTER! Give it a go and see for your self!
