Is give it a 5* as the food is phenomenal. Service was good, it was just short staffed, making it a waitress nightmare. Although, they were very nice and attentive once it slowed down a bit.
The food was served very hot like food should be served. The place was clean and with a nice atmosphere. The service was good. All in All it was a good old fashion style Mexican restaurant.
The best I have eaten in Oroville.
