I wanted to eat menudo but they were all out. I settled for rice beans and carne asada plate.
Food was great. Service was better.

I hesitate to write this review because I don’t know that I want everyone to know what a gem this place is! Hands down the best huevos rancheros I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of huevos rancheros. The ranchero sauce is delicious, eggs are cooked perfectly and the beans are deliciously creamy. Rice is tasty too. The house salsa is mild but very fresh. The Cafe de Olla is so good. It’s hard to find a restaurant that offers it so it’s such a treat to have it. It can definitely get busy especially for breakfast on the weekends but it’s worth the wait. The wait staff are extremely friendly and attentive.

One of the best homemade Mexican foods restaurants
Went for breakfast after church. Food was delicious & staff was amazing! It’s a must try. Good micheladas one of the best my hubby has ever had!!
Some bomb huevos rancheros, makes me appreciate the little simple dishes that they serve.
No meat for lent, and I don’t miss it. So much flavor. Friendly servers. The serve Mexican coffee, if you are into a sweet coffee with cinnamon then this place will put a smile on your on your face.
The sauce is cheesy and they incorporate mild chilis and onions in their sauce. I chose double beans, not spicy at all, but very flavorful.
I’ve been bragging to my wife how great these rancheros are, I finally sent her a photo, her response, that looks freakin delicious. And it was.
I swear if they gave me a cup of this sauce I’d just drink it.
They do serve Menudo, but only on Saturdays and Sunday's. If you want some good food, Annan affordable rate I’d strongly suggest stopping by.
They have a ton of parking available on both sides of the property with free public parking adjacent to there parking lot.
They are closed on Tuesdays, this I found out the hard way.
They have ample counter seating and they can accommodate up to 88 guests.
Great food
I’m sorry we ate everything. The chili relleno was delicious. The Bahia eggs delightfully. And the michelada were deliciously made to the taste. 👅

Definitely don't recommend this place had chilaquiles not very spicy had no flavor the rice was mediocre and the beans tasted like they were out of a can we also tried there milanesa was the worst milanesa I've ever had the French Fries 🍟 had no salt most likely won't ever eat here again
Excellent recommended ? ?
Great food, great atmosphere, great location, customer service was great , I ordered oysters and it reminded me of the fresh oysters I use to enjoy in the harbor area of San Pedro , I also ordered a asada smothered burrito which felt very homie as my own grandma made it. I recommend anyone who is passing through as myself to try this authentic Mexican comfort food or even if you are a local , I will definitely be back next time I'm in town thank you
