I came to your store around 3:30 on March 17 and a young lady was in a little heated conversation with one of the customers about a messed up order which I work in fast food so I understand but when the lady left the Young lady proceeded to keep cursing, saying, inappropriate words and there were little kids in the store which was very disturbing because she didn’t need to be yelling all those words and all the coworkers We’re right there just cheering her on so I think the whole team needs to be talked to because that’s just unacceptable

This location is great even when they are busy they manage to minimize wait times! And the staff is all friendly and patient major points for that alone! Definitely worth a trip if your in the area! Store is clean and the shakes are delicious!

This is low key better than Jamba Juice. I go at least 1-2 times a week for my Tropical Guava smoothie. Yes it's sweet but it's my dessert and it's reasonably priced. You can take your own cup and save .50 cents.

Strange place. The cup says "fast," but this was one of the longest smoothie lines I've ever stood in. Really? At a smoothie place? Like, 12 people deep, no joke. An associate was coming up to people in line asking to get their order started. Weird. Finally, we were ready to order and turns out that what's listed as "mango juice" on their menu is actually just some "mango concentrate" which "may not be vegan," the cashier told me. Although she wasn't sure. Neither was the other gal she called over or the third gal. I was determined to solve this mystery, so one of them went in the back to do some research in their old, tattered nutrition guide; still unsure, she came back with it and asked me to check the ingredient list myself and nothing on there was not vegan (although many different "concentrates.") So, essentially, their lack of knowledge about their products wasted my time, but also allowed me to take note that very few things are actually fresh in this supposedly "healthy" (again, a claim they make on their cups) eatery. Finally, we got our smoothies - Anti-inflammatory one and mango one. The former was runny and had a funny aftertaste; not a great blend at all. The mango one was almost too thick to drink through a straw and very sweet. That's of course thanks to the large scoop of sorbet they add. I really don't get why some of these mass-market smoothie places need to add extra sugar to smoothies filled with fruit ingredients that already contain sugar. Don't call them smoothies, then - they're desserts! Anyway, we won't be back. Something felt deceptive about this place, but even worse, just plain not very tasty.

My açaí bowl was terrible in every way… for paying $8 I expect more than just a couple slices of bananas! On top of that the service was incredibly slow. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Idk about what RIGHT SERVING, supposedly be but this location is serving is too little . We usually get bowl and everytime we get it ,by Gonzales its full all the way to the top but last night my son got his bowl from here and really just little over the half of the bowl whixh is kinda frustrating. $ 8.50 for that little serving. And this is not the first time,,,, its everytime actually…… so I decided to write a review maybe u can hear me….

I've never had this bad of a customer service at this blenders. Sarahi was very rude as soon as I walked up to the counter rolling her eyes as I spoke. She was also extremely rude to an older man just trying to buy a gift card. Not only that, but the two bowls I ordered weren't even filled up all the way as they normally are.

Today i went in the shop reluctant due to two previous visits my orders was either missing item in my veggie juice or four gingers the size of my palm put in my drink. Today the same helpers told me they are not making veggie juice today. I called another store and they said they are making veggie juice. This is a complete lack of customer service. HC
