Food was good service was not great. Waited 30 minutes for chicken strip because they didn't have any ready. And they didn't bother to say why it was taking long until I asked and also didn't

Overall, my experience at Burnin Mouth Nashville Hot Chicken was positive. The menu is limited but offers a variety of spice levels for chicken dishes. I ordered the three-piece chicken strip meal with mild seasoning and found the chicken to be tender and juicy, accompanied by tasty seasoned fries and garlic toast. The sauce provided added flavor without being overpowering. However, the concept of ordering solely through a touchscreen without any human interaction was off-putting, and the lack of traditional service impacted my overall impression. Nevertheless, the food arrived promptly, and the communal seating setup allowed for a convenient dining experience, especially for groups with different food preferences. With meals priced at $10-$15 per person and offering ample portions, I am likely to return despite the unconventional ordering process.

This happened a long while ago but one time I got a burger here, the cashier didn’t ask what spice level I wanted (possibly forgot about it), which is fine but when I ate it at home I quickly realized the spice level they chose to give me was most likely the highest. It’s one of the most spiciest sauces I’ve ever had and I like it spicy. It was just painful enough that I had to scrape off the rest of the sauce from the burger.Extremely questionable and inconsiderate to randomly give the highest spice level, as I wasn’t rude or anything to the workers. It was a quick and normal transaction. Very disappointing, though on the other hand I did like the burger. But too costly for what you get. They used to always give you two cheese sticks in the beginning, then they stopped.

The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is good here. We would drive 1 hour just for the 'insane' spicy sandwich. This is like our 6th time and the service was awful this time. They didn't fully close the lid of the sauce cup, so all the sauce leaked out of the cup. We understand nobody likes customers who come in 10 minutes before closing, but we are never coming back to this place after knowing that this is how the employees treat their customers.

The food was pretty flavorful but one of the chicken strips was H A R D as rubber. Almost as if it was cooked more than once. 20 dollars is a bit much for the quality of food I received.

Check your sandwiches for sharp curly metal scraps in the middle of your chicken. Hate to think about if I had swallowed it. Ladies at the counter only offered to remake my sandwich. No refund.

Solid chain fried chicken place. The "good" level of spicy was barely spicy, but not incorrectly advertised as such. The chicken wasn't particularly flavorful or juicy but the overall sandwich with pickles, slaw, and sauce was good. Fries were solidly seasoned and came with fry sauce. Overall would come back, but may not be as delicious as a certain other well know Nashville's hot chicken chain.

The best quality chicken of any chicken sandwich restaurant, great range of spice (I've had the Insane multiple times and they mean it - order it with a Good and go back and forth to temper it if you need to!), fresh fries that have flavor, all without being overly salty like other places.

Popped in on a whim. Slow day at the mall and got the food within minutes. Was fine, but "good" spice level is like a 3 out of 10 spice. If you like spicy but not scorching, try something above "good."I'm not sure about the other low reviews. It's fried food. It's not supposed to be great, and slow service is what you get at the Annex. It's always busy.

Terrible quality. Listed as "Nashville hot chicken". It's plain, greasy, overpriced, chicken tenders. When asked about it, got charged for sauce that was more sweet than spicy. Rude, slow service. Waited and was ignored for minutes waiting to ask for napkins. Waste of money. Should have immediately handed back the food when you could see it wasn't Nashville seasoned. We did comment on that before eating it and it wasn't corrected.

Only 2 good things I can say about this place:The slaw tasted freshThe garlic soy sauce was really tasty.Barely warm fries, bland chicken, terrible overall. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away and STILL had an upset stomach. Save yourself some disappointment and a stomach ache and just don't go here.

Ordered food and it came out in less than 5 minutes. The sandwich was not fresh. Both the sandwich and fries were cold. Paid $$ for what seemed like leftovers from their lunch service.
