One of my favorite taqueria style Mexican restaurants. I've been eating here since I was in high school in 2006. Loved the giant El-Rey burrito. Many great memories here with my dad, my brother and grandfather. You'll will be missed Burrito Express!
Ive been going here for a long time and this past month the new owner raised the price by ~25% for the whole menu. The food was the same quality and size, the price was just a lot more expensive with no warning. They already knickle and dime you for everything (have to pay for soda refills and limit on salsa bar and toppings). It looks like they are going to redo the whole place and maybe become a sitdown which would make sense for the price spike, but it just really sucks they...
Used to love this place when the old owners were there. Now the prices have gone way up, portions are smaller, a lot of my favorite items are gone and employees are not friendly. Menu is all in Spanish and no prices posted, like to know how much things are upfront.
