“The food was freshly made and carefully prepared. They got my exact modifications right and it was so delicious that it makes me want to come back tomorrow. The manager Liz was so welcoming and friendly when I arrived and the server named Jazmin was so attentive to what I needed. This is the friendliest Carl’s Jr or fast food restaurant I’ve been too. Keep up the great work guys

“Today, July 20th, 2025 i went to Carls not knowing i would have the best experience ever. I asked for this young ladys name and she told me her name was Stephanie Farfan. I asked for her name because she gave me the best customer service that i have ever experienced. She truly made me feel so welcomed.
While i was being indecisive she didn't rush me at all and told me to take my time. I really appreciate Stephanie for being professionally trained and i think there should be more employees like her.“
