The Downtown Cafe was a great experience the server I had was excellent. The food came out hot and prepared to be eaten. Every table has all the condiments that you will need for your meal which I find very convenient. Only reason I gave the food 4 stars is simply because I wish restaurants would go away from these chicken tenders and actually give whole wings with the waffle. Completely different taste as well as texture would take that meal in a new direction.

Very very lovely place! Clean, attentive staff, friendly! My mother and I enjoyed our time there and would recommend this to anyone!
The only complaint I had was the fruit I got, the strawberries tasted like perfume or soap. Very odd.

We recently dined at Downtown Café in Oxnard and had a fantastic experience! The Eggs Benedict were absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked and seasoned. The ambiance of this place is charming, and their freshly squeezed orange juice was a delightful addition to the meal. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit!" ??
