Aaron served my family and I with a great attitude and made sure we were well taken care of. The best service I have received in a while, will definitely be returning!

Christian was an amazing waiter. He gave us great recommendations and helped us pick our food fast. He stayed talkative and kept the vibe fun the whole time. He checked on us a lot and made sure we had what we needed. Super nice, easy to talk to, and made the meal better. Ask for Christian if you come here.

This restaurant is fair, it's more of a novelty than a fine dining experience, the meats they give you to cook aren't the best quality and the cocktails don't have very good quality liquor either. Service was ok.
I may go back sometime in the very distant future.

The food here was great! I really loved the spicy pork bulgogi and the spicy beef belly. The service was great, my server Eduardo was very polite and he had great reccomendations. 10/10, would eat again

Good food, poor customer service from the front end. the short hostess lady sat a very large party with only 2 burners. Meanwhile, she continued to sit a whole other party on the other end of the table. It was extremely crowded and uncomfortable. After asking if we can have the WHOLE table, she said no, and continued on her way.

The long bone beef rib and pickled cucumbers were delicious. I also like the Cajun shrimp. We ordered Chamisul soju and was brought the JJIN brand. We reminded the server that we asked for a specific soju and told us they ran out. We looked past it. Not sure of the exhaust systems in the restaurant but the smoke from the tables were a little overwhelming getting into my hair and clothes. I believe the windows were open and were blowing air towards a certain side of the restaurant which made the experience a bit displeasing. Menu is very misleading with prices. Overall experience was subpar. Will not return.

Pretty upset about the explanation of prices and menu set up.****

***I would have just appreciated a clear written and verbal communication of a set price on meal. We asked repeatedly if it was $20.99 per person (we obviously were not clearly understanding it was actually $30.99 all day plus $20 per person) because we were shocked about how cheap it was. The server rushed and was like “yea yea yea yea all the protein you want until you’re full”. I don’t think consumers would have an issue with paying $50 for the experience. Just be clear. No need for corporate tricks.

Food is good, but the service is very slow. Heard they are short-staffed, so customers better order more each time in case you won’t be able to find a waiter for a while—our waitress is nice though! Additionally, there are only five rice sticks for a dish so it’s kind of funny, but it does taste good!

This was my first visit of Gen. Ten of my coworkers and I went there for lunch.
Our waitress did not clearly explain the menu, options, and ordering process.
First she took everyone's order but mine. I called her back and placed an order for short rib.
First they brought everyone rice but me. I asked for rice and they brought it.
By the time short rib arrived, rice was cold. They brought scissors to cut the short rib. That was hard since it was a bone-in short rib. Also my hands became contaminated touching raw beef.
Chopsticks are not best way to eat short rib with. I didn't ask for knife and forks but I should have. Short rib was ok.
I also tried someone else's chicken. It was too spicy for me.
They did not replace the grill top soon enough so I was getting lots of smoke on my suit and hair.
Give the 2.5 star out of 5.

$50.00 dollars per person will get you all the protein you can eat and a drink. The protein kept coming we had the grill and table full. Customer service was excellent. The have vegan items too..Great place to enjoy friends and family. No waiting and plenty of free parking.

Probably one of the best Korean BBQ places that I've been to in my life. The food is good, with a lot of variety. I liked the marinated squid, and chicken. For those not familiar with these kinds of places, they bring you raw/marinated meats and you will be cooking your own food. Don't come if you don't enjoy the process. Also they give you all of these great sides (including kimchi) to mix things up.
