Normally I love this place; other than from myself, it's the only place I kno of where yu can get a thai tea smoothie/milkshake. But today I got kind of terrible food poisoning (I think possibly the milk or something was a little bad- not enuf that I tasted it, but my body sure did) I was extremely sick for over an hour after I finished drinking it, it was terrible. I tried to call a few times today after that to let them kno, so no one else would get sick, I didn't get thru for a long time finally around mAybe 4 or 5pm someone answered; they said they would pass it along the chain of command, who would take care of it promptly but I still never received a call bak about it to let them kno exactly what is ordered and when to figure out what was bad. Anyway, I love this place, these kind of things happen from time to time, but if yu read this and the same thing hAppened to yu, pls do something about it so no one else has to deal with this! Pls and thnkyu

Clean and this time there was no line . Their boba tea 🧋 is delicious and they have so many varieties and combinations I personally like the fruity flavors. if there ever is a line, it does go fast..

Horrible customer service! 6/27 at 11:30 am the girl working had such a bad attitude, seemed bothered that there was customers. When I got my order she threw the straws. But others than the crappy customer customers the drinks are delicious :)

The items on the menu are amazing....once you get one in your hand after waiting 10 to 15 minutes just to order. This place has gone down in customer service. Somethings seems off with the cashemier going to the back to get the drinks?? Probably best to stick to the on at the Camarillo Outlets; even on their busiest day, you're not waiting for more than 5 minutes to place and get your order.

What we ordered
~ Tiger Sugar Milk. Non caffeinated. Great for kids. Asked for 75% sweetness and it was perfect. Not overly sweet. ~ Strawberry Banana Smoothie is good and perfect blend. More on creamier side ~ HoneyDew Smoothie. Not overly sweet.
BOBA is yummy, chewy and good. One of the best bobas out there.
Boba time Oxnard is in a great location and has a lot of options. The only problem is the service and some days the line is very long. Other than that this place is a good place to get Boba at.

DON’T COME HERE!! They keep ingredients that are past shelf life and expired. If you wanna save yourself from food poisoning, id suggest buying elsewhere.

This is a very fun outing as part of a date or as a family. Ordering right from the sidewalk, you can quickly get a boba and continue strolling around this outdoor shopping area of the Collection.
