The best pho in Ventura County, hands down. The buttery noodles, delicious beef broth, hits the spot everyyyytime. Can't go wrong with the Thai tea, tofu spring rolls with the bussdown peanut sauce. Literally, I have dreams about Love Pho, but I also think this location is the best. I feel like everything I have tried on the menu has never disappointed. I <3 LOVE PHO

So many of these negative reviews are so damn goofy (“Whhhy couldn’t I eat OUTSIDE??”, “I think my waitress was racist”) I sincerely hope no serious minded person gives them the time of day.
If you have an issue with flavor or whatever, that’s legitimate, but damn…some people really are just that insufferable.
The dishes are great (I personally like crunchy noodles with beef and hot broth, the vegetables in this dish are really spectacular, as well), the service was good during my half a dozen visits and that’s really it. If you like Vietnamese cuisine, you can’t go wrong here.

Food is pretty decent but the staff need to do better. I came in with my family and our waitress was being rude towards my little siblings who are not even five years of age yet and showing no hospitality. Honestly, I’m thinking she was a little racist because she was so nice with another family of different race. If you have no courtesy, why work in customer service

When you order from this place, they tell you, you're not allowed to take your food outside unless you have it to go. When there was nobody in the restaurant, I told them I would bring my plates back but he would not honor my request. So I had to sit inside the restaurant and eat my food. All the while they were giving me looks unprofessional. Yet, they did not have a sign that said you can't take your food outside and the door when there's actually a door here at the site of the restaurant. But there is somebody that's sitting outside their restaurant in a uniform eating their food outside, and how is that a customer cannot do the same thing? Some things that make you go hmm .

I haven’t tried the Pho which is supposed to be their best dish, but the ones we had (vermicelli salad with grilled tofu and another one with beef) were mediocre.

The name is ironic because I sat down today and immediately the “Love” went out the window. I first came to the counter with my boyfriend and signaled to a worker that we were a party of 3 with my cousin joining soon. They pointed to the only available tables open that were next to each other, one of which still wasn’t cleaned up, but we didn’t mind so we sat down and scooted the tables closer together. A minute later, another woman I assume to be the owner came and started a spiel about how next time we come we needed to sign into the sheet because she has customers waiting (but there were none aside from us) as if current existing customers weren’t worthy of being served next compared to other potential customers that came later?? She was extremely condescending and kept reiterating this as if we did something wrong. Right as I was about to correct her that we were just directed here by another worker she just left to attend to other customers seemingly satisfied that she blew all this steam on us. A simple misunderstanding on her part became a lecture for us, so if you want to relive that childhood nostalgia of being berated by a Viet aunty with some lựu đạn behavior, find the lady in the “Love Phở Cafe” branded polo on a bad day and you too can experience it.

The pho was great. I also recommend a smoothie with boba. For a mall food court the service was exceptional. Fast and delicious.
I love coming here with my coworker for lunch. The mixed salad with chicken or beef is very yummy ! Super fresh and taste delicious 😊

This establishment is highly unethical and should not be awarded any stars. The owner should resign due to multiple instances of discrimination. This is happening the collection Oxnard California and a The establishment discriminates against minority groups, individuals with disabilities, and children. I visited this establishment with my handicapped wife and two grandchildren, aged five and eight. My wife inquired about ordering a single bowl of pho soup. I confirmed the order, but her demeanor changed abruptly. She informed me that while I could purchase the food, I was not permitted to sit at their restaurant table inside the restaurant. She then looked down at us and suggested that we could sit outside on shared tables outside her restaurant at the collection in Oxnard . However, I clarified that my wife is handicapped, and we have two children. She refused to accommodate our request and insisted that we could not use any tables inside the restaurant. I asserted that I am a paying customer, to which she responded that she knew but not for a meal for four people. She emphasized her desire to serve the food promptly. I paid for the meal and we searched for a suitable table where our children could set and eat. Fortunately, we encountered individuals who were willing to share their table with us, allowing our children to eat comfortably. While I was retrieving the food, I noticed that it was takeout. Our children set down their containers and began eating directly from them, using only one napkin for both of them. I discreetly approached other restaurants to inquire about obtaining additional napkins. At that moment, I approached the lady of the establishment. When I inquired about the manager, she declined to provide a name. I decided to leave the establishment without further interaction. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
