We came here hungry and were looking forward to trying their food but, walked away disappointed. We ordered pho, spicy beef noodles, and crispy noodles. The food was overly sweet and not appetizing. I don't normally like to waste food but ending up leaving more than half of my plate and didn't bother taking it to go. Maybe we ordered the wrong things but, based on our experience today we won't be back to give it another shot.

I ALWAYS have to get 2 orders of Spring Rolls lol ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! And their fried rice.. hands down, FRESH!! This is a place I ALWAYS consider eating at whenever in the Collection!! Prices are UNBEATABLE as well!

Save your money and going to Pho Oxnard instead. For a Pho spot, they failed miserably. I went for dinner on a Friday night. the place was somewhat busy but not busy enough to excuse their service. the food was not great. I ordered spring roll, which were okay and Pho with round eye, which was AWFUL. the broth was bland and the meat was SPOILED. it had a weird mushy texture and it was clumped up in pieces. I addressed the issue with the server privately and was still charged. terrible way of dealing with customers. will never go back.

To be honest... I would stay away from this pho spot inside the Annex. We ordered a spring roll (which was okay) and a pho with round eye. The broth was bland and the meat was spoiled... The meat was all clumped up (not in flat rounds) and did not look appetizing at all but I gave it a taste and the meat was awful. I politely got up to speak with the server (in order to not make a scene). I explained that the meat was bad and we simply didn't like the dish so if he could take it away.... He asked me if I wanted it to go -___- I said "no, the meat is spoiled".... after all this, they still charged me for the horrible pho with spoiled meat. Will never go back.... actually their bubble tea is alright. Follow up: the company did reach out me after initial writing this review. They gave me yelp credit and said it was a mistake

Go for the Veggie Pho if you're a veggie lover. You can order extra veggies too which I may have done :)- I love a little chili oil added to my Pho to fancy things up a tad. It is busy here often, so I do feel a little rushed as they are trying to open up new seating.

I was so hungry and feeling a bit worn out. Naturally I wanted pho. The portion was good but the broth was not robust and flavorful. The noodles were a nice texture. Had a passion fruit tea and I liked it. Probably won’t return for soup.
They have a variety of dishes available like rice dishes, vermicelli dishes, salads, vietnamese French rolls, pho noodle soup and other specialties. They also have a variety of drinks available like Thai tea, boba teas, other hot and cold teas, smoothies and the classic fountain drinks. I ordered their Love Pho Signature pho. It was a rice noodle soup with fresh sliced garlic, saw leaf, eye round steak, beef meat ball and chili sate sauce. The portion was plentiful. The soup had a great, delicious flavor. The meat was tender and fresh. It was a perfect level of spicy, and they had all the right toppings and sauces to add to your pho.To drink I had a Thai tea, which was so creamy and delicious. It wasn’t too sweet, and it was a good portion. Recommend!It’s located inside a food court called The Annex. This food court is located within The Collection Mall at Riverpark. Therefore, there is plenty of parking nearby. Staff is friendly and prompt.

Love my vermicelli with grilled pork. It was delicious. Customer service was OK. Staff was not super friendly. It was quite busy. I'll be back just not the super friendly service I like.Places quite small. Clean. Very tight seating located at the Collection at the Annex. Prices are reasonable.

Came to this place since I usually go to Silver Lake ramen, service was horrible and rude. Never coming again, I order the number 3 ramen, which comes with steak, only two slices of steak was serve.
