I went To the Mongolian barbecue for the first time and had a wonderful experience. You fill your own bowl with meat and vegetables, hand it to the cook, who puts it on a giant flat grill, adds the sauces and noodles and cook it for you.The flavors were fantastic and the portions were very generous!

Gave this a try since it's new, it's not great, save your money and eat something else. The sauces weren't special, meat and veggies were overcooked. Very expensive for mostly noodle

Enjoyed the food and portion was enough to share with my kids too! They also loved it!
The service at Mong Q was impressively quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. The portions were incredibly generous, offering fantastic value for the price. What made the experience even better was the convenience of having a great bar right in front of the restaurant. It’s the perfect spot to grab some food from Mong Q, then sit and enjoy it alongside a drink from the bar. A great setup for an enjoyable meal and drinks!

Amazing experience! Food is amazing, employees are polite and helpful, the atmosphere is lay back, which I love! Oh did I mention budget friendly? Next to it there’s a chill bar where you can have a beer if that’s what you want. Overall, good place will recommend 100%

Love their food. Noodles arent that greasy. You can add as many meat as you want as long as it fits in the bowl.

For the price and amount of food you get this place was great. Customer service great. Would definitely recommend it. Only downside is they don’t take cash. Debit or Apple Pay only,

I should've piled more in my bowl but I had more than enough food for lunch and for dinner! Food was good, I loved that I could customize the sauce and will definitely be coming back again. I love mongolian bbq 😋

What a great addition to The Annex! The associate was friendly and guided us through the process which starts with size - regular $15, large $18. We opted for 2 regular sized bowls. Next is sauces: I love spicy so she added chilis to my cup along with other sauces - soy, oyster and mentioned that if I liked more heat, there are more sauces that can be added at the end of the line.
It's basically all you can fit in the bowl from here onward starting with all the proteins - pork, chicken, beef and brisket. All kinds of veggies - cabbage, carrots, mushroom, zucchinis, bean sprouts, onions, bamboo shoots, broccoli, baby corns, bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, celery, etc. She told us that we can use the napkins to push the toppings down so we can fit more.
The cook then instructed us to bring our tray to the next counter and he takes the bowl and starts cooking everything and only add the noodles later. It was quick and the food came out piping hot, definitely worth it if you can stack them high!

They wont let u customize the sauce. It ended up being very very salty. The noodles they use is also not the typical orange noodles

Food was great and very filling with a lot left to spare. It was just a little salty, so make sure to have water on hand.

Does not accept American currency. Credit only. I will not give them a chance, just like I never gave the hot chicken place in the annex a chance because they do not accept cash. It says right on the bill “for all debts public and private. I do not support these un American types of places.
Too salty cannot even finish it
And noodles undercook

I was excited to try this new place, they don’t have soft drinks, I started to create my bowl like explained, when we started to grab the Noodles, the cook was very rude & mean, he actually yelled at us and told to can’t you see the sign, he continued with his attitude well cooking each of our bowls, after each bowl he would look in his tip jar to see if we added cash, then he dropped his cooking stick on the ground, picked it up and grabbed a box to put our food in, also looking in his tip jar to see if my friends added cash, never said hello from the start, just gave us our food turned his back on us, after eating the food, the Noodle’s were undercooked, they only accept credit cards so we added tip before we even started, we eat the collections a lot, we will never return because of the Cooks attitude!

Came to grab a bite in The Annex late yesterday and was looking for something my family could all enjoy. This is just like the Mongolian BBQ I have always grown up loving to eat. We each had the large bowl and added beef brisket which was great quality. Service was exceptional. Thanks to Robin and the friendly staff. Will definitely come back!
