I love, love, LOVE this gem tucked away in Channel Islands harbor. The patio has actual sand under your feet so it makes it an immersive beach side experience. Also-the service was very fast and super friendly! The breakfast was out of this world delicious. Couldn’t believe how awesomely big the portion sizes were! The bacon was absolute perfection. Looking forward to visiting again and enjoying another morning mimosa by the palm trees.

The last time I went for Mother's Day.. there was a few people inside.. We were seated immediately, but we sat up on the stage for 45min without our order taken, nor anyone further acknowledging us.. my son was pissed and my mother was fed up... We walked out without any employee interaction..I used to go there once or twice a month.. I'm never going there again..That's the second time I've been ignored.
