Brunch was not hot and very few options. Too pricey for the quality of food. Tacos were an additional cost. Mariachi was good.

I have no idea what happened to this place, it used to be so great.
But our last visit was absolutely awful. Walked in and there was no one around to seat us. There weren't even any signs to direct us the right way. We had to seat ourselves.
Then we were never given menues or asked if we wanted anything to eat. They only cared about whether or not we were going to buy drinks.
Was there for a show and the whole two hours we were there nobody served us. Waitresses seamed so uninterested and scattered.
Never coming back here again, sadly. It just left a very bad taste on my mouth.

The lead singer of the band tonight started yelling “the south will rise again” on stage.

It’s an incredibly offensive and racist place.

Response to Laina Jensen-

When I complained to the manager on site that evening, she didn’t really seem to care and certainly didn’t care about making it up to me.

Only after I made my complaint public was someone apologetic.

I will not be contacting you because I will never go back to your establishment. No amount of free drinks or food would make up for that offense.

A Masterclass in Musical Mediocrity and Historical Ignorance

Ah, what a night. I came for music but got a history lecture from a lead singer who thinks yelling “The South will rise again” is edgy in 2025. Spoiler: it’s not. It’s cringe.

The best part? His ego was somehow even louder than his outdated rhetoric. My gay friend was so uncomfortable he tried to blend into the wall. Safe to say, I’ll be avoiding this band—and their wannabe philosopher frontman—in the future.

Uncomfortable and packed in seating arrangement and servers pass ur food and drinks through other people so a bunch of random people touching your stuff before you get it.

Came here for the first (and absolutely last) time with a large party. We were offered a printed, limited party menu. The starter salad was dressed in water, and when we asked for their "selection of dressings" as indicated on the menu, we were told they only had ranch. The chicken sandwich was a freezer tender and the philly cheese steak was incredibly salty, the meat not evenly dispersed throughout the sandwich. Our server was good, the live entertainment was solid, but it's clear why this place isn't busy.

I went out for their Sunday brunch to celebrate a birthday. I was dreading going there as I have had bad experiences in the past.
However, thanks to our server Miranda I was finally able to have a good time at Copper Blues. Miranda made sure to check in to all her tables very often and did everything she could to make sure we had a great experience.

The beef tacos and carne asada tacos were dry, al pastor tacos were good. The meat was not even seasoned or tender. They were also served on a paper plate….why? The chicken flautas were ok, not the best. The food is mediocre here. Not worth $56, more like $20. For a place that looks very nice inside, the food isn’t. Service was good but food is questionable. I wish the food matched the interior of the place. This is probably why no one was there on a Tuesday night-their tacos aren’t good. Super disappointing and they need to hire a real chef. I have a feeling our waiter cooked our food, I’m serious, based on the wait time and only two people were working there. The only reason this place can get away with bad food is because the inside is nice but don’t let the decorations fool you.

One of the worst places I've been to try to get food in. Constantly got the food order wrong are the chef was gone to be able to cook your food. Crazy never heard of this before also stages way too small for bands to play in. They got to redo that whole spill their those poor guys playing up there, or like trying to play in a sardine can. I'm calling it like I see it. Do something

Parking: Parking is brutal there trying to find a place to park. The collection in Oxnard terrible

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility yes but to try and find a parking close enough Tooele yourself in if you're alone is a feet in itself.

Family and I attended there on a Sunday for their brunch as they have mariachi.
Prior to go I did call to get info about pricing , times and mariachi. I was informed brunch started at 10 and suggested to arrive early and atleast half of our party needed to be there in order to be sat as there is no reservation. I was also told that mariachi would be there the whole time and would take a break around 1-1:30 and then return.
The day of we did arrive early and I did have a cake as we were celebrating a birthday, security informed there would be a cake cutting fee (which we weren’t told about over the phone) also we never even cut the cake and was still charged. We spoke with Tracey the supervisor and she said regardless of cutting it or not that is the fee to just bring it in which was $20, had we cut it and used thier silverware and platting I understand. When it came to seating it was very did organize. Also being that apt family where there and elderly they only had two tables that were not high tops, we did have our grandparents with us and our only option was a high too table which was hard for them to get up and down. When it came to drinks and food. Our server only took 3 out of the 10 ppls drink and we had to cont to ask for our drinks. We were told brunch didn’t start till 11 and when the food was ready we were never notified (this was our first time there) we just seen ppl getting up so we just followed the lead.
The restrooms are EXTREMELY DARK! I had to use my flashlight to help my son and grandma use the restroom. Oh and mariachis didn’t arrive till about 12-12:30 and when we asked our server prior to that time she said they had arrive and we’re getting ready and would be playing shortly which that wasn’t the case.
For the price we paid and experience we had that will be our first and last time going.
