They have a habit of skimping out mobile order apps especially yet they want to charge extra for walnut shrimp but only give you 2 pieces of walnut, heaven forbid you get what you pay for. Also make sure you double check your food quality I was in line and seen them mix in plates of chicken that were siting their God knows how long and just dump fresh into it. So old product mixed with new, kinda grossed me out makes more sense to have one separate from the other, I would think twice ordering from here, also seen a cockroach running across the floor by the soda machines mentioned it to a worker and they acted very non chalant about it.

I came to panda express here on Channel Island. The cooks in the service don’t seem to be communicating. There’s a long line and there’s no chow mein or refried rice. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for an order and the man that’s cooking the refried rice still hasn’t done it very bad service here.

I usually love panda but today the orange chicken tasted like vinegar. I had 4 bigger plates and 3 had double orange chicken and all 3 of us agreed, the taste of vinegar was too much and not edible. Please figure this out.

Their food got me sick. The staff is VERY RUDE especially the general manager. It is always dirty in the restaurant and the bathrooms always smell disgusting. Alyza helped me and she was the most rude person I could have ever been helped by in a restaurant. Not the first time. This place is terrible. The manager is also RUDE. Absolutely pitiful service.

The food was great. The staff seemed very overwhelmed with the amount of orders they had and it took them a while to get to ours but they were very attentive and sweet about it. They were very efficient but still gave us the feeling of being welcomed and not rushed or ignored while we waited. One of the best Panda Express' we've been to ever. Definitely will be going back to this specific siteVegetarian options: The chow mein and super greens are both vegan friendly. They no longer have chicken ingredients in them but always make sure to check it as cross contamination is a risk.

I visited twice and the same server helped me and my order was pushed to the back of the line.The food was ok but this particular person seemed to be put off by black people. Don't know why.
