I was missing a bowl to my order and I called to have the issue resolved and the manager was the sweetest person on the phone. Not only did she give me the missing bowl but a plate to make up for the inconvenience. I wish i got her name she was the best!

Waited 20 minutes for my 3rd entree to get cooked. When I brought it up for the long wait, they rudely told me that they were short staff and that I've should have chosen something else.

Bad service, I ordered online and when I arrived my order was not complete, they charged me and they said they couldn't help me fix it with the app And they still kept me waiting.
