I was initially hesitant to try out this cotton candy machine located at the Annex in the Collection. However, my daughter insisted on getting one. She picked the Nanay Rosie shape. She was really excited to watch the machine make her cotton candy, BUT it made small cone shape. She was disappointed. My husband pushed me to contact the company to see how they can rectify our experience. I texted the phone number with what happened and sent them a photo of what the machine produced....read full review

Love this Robot Cotton Candy Machine!Very user friendly, clear instructions on how to pick your choice, pay and then watch the magic happen and enjoy a sweet treat!Would recommend for kids to adults because you’re never too old to enjoy a little cotton candy and get excited over watching it make something pretty.

Absolutely love this! Such a fun way to end your day. The machine is pretty self-explanatory: put in money, select your design, watch the magic happen! The cotton candy was amazing, fresh and sweet! Definitely recommend everyone to give it a try!
