We made a reservation an hour and a half before arrival to avoid waiting there outside so we went elsewhere while we waited for reservation time when we arrived I told the hostess we had a reservation but she said we weren't in the system even after showing her the confirmation and said we were going to have to wait an hour for a table I told her this is why we reserved a table but luckily after 5 minutes she sat us down

Their meats are tasty n tender, tacos, burritos, plates, etc. Not one time ate cheap quality meats with cevo, manteca, grisle from El Tapatio. Good n tasty foods, fair prices, good portions worth the money. YUMMY!
Went there for my birthday with six people. The food came out really slow and had to ask several times my waiter was amazing. He kept saying I'm not sure why it's so slow and kept checking up on us and telling us hey, I noticed your food hasn't came in let me go see what's going on. Love our waiter. The food was not worth the wait tried 7 dishes off the menus and the only one great was the  chicken taquitos everything else was over cooked or chewy !!

Used to love the food but seems the food value has gone down a lot! Of course the drink I wanted in menu they were out of stock. (Cotton candy) Drinks mostly all have tajin in it and gave me heartburn! Bread that came with Cesar salad was so stale!!!

Love going there and a frequent customer. I spent a lot of money and at the end when I requested the check and a tequila shot (was planning to sip it for 10 min while I waited for my movie) the waitress who I tipped 25% asked us to move to the bar bc her next table had arrived early! We had only been there for a little over an hour and hadn't exceeded their table limit max. I go there often and moving forward would request I'm not sat in her table.

If you don't like Banda leave before 10:30! Food was delicious! Tables are a bit close to each other , service was great especially for being so busy, food came out fast and our waiter was very attentive

The ambiance was good, the Banda definitely makes it fun, and the dj was very good as well; however, the waiter service was ok. He was very welcoming with great attitude, but it seemed that he had way too many tables for what he was capable of handling. Within the 2 hrs that we were there we were only able to get 3 drinks because the service was way too slow. We had to look for him several times, we asked what it seemed to be a supervisor to help us order something, said ok, called the waiter and walked away, we had to wait about 20 min for the waiter. We asked for the check and that also took about 20 more minutes! Not sure if I will be returning any time soon.

It was our first time and we couldn't hear the waiter when ordering , he told us about trying small different margaritas samplers and that was it.. Then more drinks came to our table . Our waiter order additional drinks and because it was so loud we couldn't hear what he was doing .

It took a while before our order was taken. Waitress was not so friendly. Food and drinks were delivered in a timely fashion. Margaritas were good but the tacos were cold. Overpriced for food that's just eh!

Our waiter was amazing! He was really busy but still great customer service. The servers that served our drinks couldn't even bring us water we had to keep asking which was very annoying. They were just standing there.I got sushi and was very good bit overly priced but wasn't bad.. The drinks were good.!!

It's a party at night. Loved the atmosphere, music and drinks. If you enjoy listening to reggaeton, hip-hop, and some norteños, you came to the right place, music videos included. Food is good, but you're mostly there for the vibe. Fun spot!

The quality of the food is subpar. The drinks were watered down and lacked the taste intended. Customer service and ambiance though were 5 star! Our waitress was amazing and the director in charge of assuring patrons quality of service was outstanding and made you feel so welcome.
