Service was very fast. You order at the counter and the food comes out in 10-15 minutes. At least that is how long I waited. It can get busy on a Friday and Saturday night. This is located in the annex (basically a food court) where there's a lot of different food avaliable. It's a high traffic area so if you are looking for a sit down and waiter take your order then this is not that type of place.

The food is pretty good but they consistently forget to put things in my order. Tonight I ordered a chicken karaage bowl and they didn’t give me any rice or toppings or the correct sauce. I also ordered a veggie ramen and the forgot the avocado and the tofu which is the main protein source. This is the third time that they have forgotten to put the avocado which is the most expensive item in the bowl.

Never order from this place they are rude. They don’t get your food right they don’t care about that at all and they lie they say they’re sending it remade out and yet they never did. It was all just a lie. I will never order from this place again and neither should you!

We have ordered from this place twice and both times the orders have been wrong. We call to talk to the “manager” and they don’t care. Literally ask them how can you fix this problem and they just don’t care. I would. Or go here if this was the only restaurant in town. Terrible experience. Do yourself a favor find a different restaurant!!

Customer service was lacking. Cashier cut off my wife numerous times while taking our food order, to let her know it would be an extra charge. Don't even know the name of the cashier because she was using someone else's drawer to ring up money. Worked in the morning (short and had pigtails) 10/25
Did not call out or let us know order was ready. Had numerous people coming up and asking about order, or if there order could be taken. Even though there was a line to order she was bagging food orders and not communicating with customers.
Tried to get order in house, no tables were available. When A Table did open up cashier stated she was unable to sit us at the table even though there were no other customers at the time.
The food was amazing but cashier made the experience completely unpleasant. Tried calling before leaving review. Not able to get a hold of manager.

Food is good but Service is mediocre
Cashier has a “i don’t care” attitude, he asked us wait for him to do something that doesn’t seem important. There were couple of people behind us but he didn’t seem to care. He told us the wait for food is 20 to 25 minutes, even tho there is a table available and it didn’t look busy. My half egg is missing a good chunk at the time it served as shown in picture :(

The ramen tastes great but the service is terrible. Nobody answers the phones when I try to call to place a take out order and they always close early. I’ve been there 3 times this week alone where I arrive before 9pm (the closing time) and they do not let me place my order. One night I arrived at 820pm and they told me they are only doing to go orders and I won’t be able to eat at their tables. It is disappointing and as much as I love the food, I won’t be buying from them again.

Today had to wait over 30 min for food from 12:25pm they had no rush and when asked they say working on it never did I ever have to wait this long and what makes it worst I was starving. This time around was the worst time ever.

Honestly most of the negative reviews on this place are about wait times stop being such crybaby I just ate probably the most delicious Chicken Karaage bowl of my life tbh you can tell they definitely put love in the food and quality takes time if u want fast food go get fast food this place serves with love and you can taste it I will definitely be back this place deserves a much higher rating
