Amazing taste in food. Obviously if it’s good food long lines will happen and you will have to wait for the food happens everywhere. No buts food and service was amazing. 10-10 recommend!

Honestly most of the negative reviews on this place are about wait times stop being such crybaby I just ate probably the most delicious Chicken Karaage bowl of my life tbh you can tell they definitely put love in the food and quality takes time if u want fast food go get fast food this place serves with love and you can taste it I will definitely be back this place deserves a much higher rating

The food is great but the service is so slow. I stared at my to go food order on the counter for 5 minutes while the server arranged take out bags and utensils and anything else except hand customers their food. There’s a bunch of signs saying not to grab your order yourself so must be an ongoing issue.

Our experience was frustrating from start to finish. It took 40 minutes to receive our order, and the staff was completely disorganized. Magnolia, in particular, didn’t seem to understand our order and instead of clarifying, she was confrontational and kept correcting me as if I was the one who got it wrong. Rather than trying to provide good service, it felt like she was more interested in arguing. The lack of professionalism and coordination made this visit disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
I like it, here I discovered the first really delicious ramen and since then I have been a fan.

Doordash from here at your own risk. I ordered Shoyu on fire with chicken, chili on the side, no seaweed, and utensils. I got shoyu on fire with pork, chili in the ramen, a lot of seaweed, and no utensils. Wondering what exactly "TL" double checked for accuracy.

I personally come here regularly and I’ve Always. Always had a warm experience with amazing food, and kind, respectful staff. They do not get enough credit for their kindness and their dedication to not only customer service but their establishment policies. I sadly have seen a number of occasions where customers have treated the staff very poorly, they were out of line, and plain immature adults. My heart goes out to them that no matter what they stay true to their beliefs and values and continue on with their day. Please come dine here, you might see a review of a lady on here with 1 star? She didn’t ask to dine in, yet took her takeout order, sat in front of me and refused to leave when the manager politely communicated their policy about dine in bc take out. The seats are reserved for DINE IN. So she was screaming and cussing at the poor manager, out of line, just the worst behavior of a grown woman I’ve ever seen. Don’t believe it. This place is authentic and of coarse delicious! My favorite soup is the classic with chicken :)

Love the food. It gets really busy and has limited seating. Only has 6 tables that seat 4 people. I ask to dine in, but it would be a wait. So, I put my name on the reservation list for the next available table. I walked around the Collection until they called me when my table was ready. I enjoyed my time and will come again next time.
