I personally come here regularly and I’ve Always. Always had a warm experience with amazing food, and kind, respectful staff. They do not get enough credit for their kindness and their dedication to not only customer service but their establishment policies. I sadly have seen a number of occasions where customers have treated the staff very poorly, they were out of line, and plain immature adults. My heart goes out to them that no matter what they stay true to their beliefs...
Love the food. It gets really busy and has limited seating. Only has 6 tables that seat 4 people. I ask to dine in, but it would be a wait. So, I put my name on the reservation list for the next available table. I walked around the Collection until they called me when my table was ready. I enjoyed my time and will come again next time.
Silverlake Ramen is one of my top 3 places to go when I am wanting good fresh ramen. I love their Garlic Truffle Ramen, which I get with tofu and add the stir fried mushrooms. The helping is generous and filling. I also love their Creamy Broccolini! It is a meal in itself. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The wait is quick! I place my order ahead of time. I highly recommend the this place.
