Starbucks is a popular spot that consistently delivers great service, even when it is busy. The hardworking staff provides excellent experiences, and the store is always clean. Orders are usually made accurately and taste perfect. However, there have been some concerns about the quality of Cold Foam, as it sometimes has air bubbles due to ingredient ratios being off when made quickly. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff is accommodating, attentive, and kind to customers. Recently, one associate went out of his way to help a customer by bringing their order outside, showing that the staff cares. While most experiences are positive, there have been a few issues, such as dirty lids on drinks and communication gaps about order readiness. Despite these incidents, the staff continues to work hard to ensure customer satisfaction.
